Horrible!! Nurse Callie is a sex offender/child molester!!! Doctor is very unprofessional. He took personal phone calls while in room with me! Front office ladies are rude! BEWARE!!!

His front office isn't great, but Dr Beiser and his nurse are top notch. Thorough and genuinely cares about his patients. Glad I found his practice. Now if he would just do something about his staff.

I have only Positive things to say about Dr. Bieser and his staff, he has always treated us great and he has been responsible for many of my medical problems being found and treated. My husband and I could not be more pleased.

Awful office staff (Kim) and a terrible nurse that apparently feels like she is a doctor herself. I had lab work done by the ER, then sent to this office. Dr. Bieser never called me. My results were shared with me by LabCorp. One said positive and one negative. I wanted an appt to have the doctor go over them with me. Callie (nurse) got on the phone and said nothing to worry about. I then contacted the ER dr. He said I did in fact have RMSF. Luckily he treated me instantly.

This Doctor is taking new patients. But he discriminate's anyone who is on any kind of pain medication. I don't understand, because I'm in pain I can't be seen by this doctor?

the office staff are not at all friendly when you have a problem, I have been going to this dr. for 20 years, until last Friday 1-19-18 when they told me to find a new doctor. I got mad on 1-9-18 because I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment and they waited until after 10:00 am to call and cancel. The staff and the Dr. have been notified that I work 1.5 hours away, and have to take a day off from work to make an appt.. they made me another appt. and cancelled it 14 minutes before my appt. Unprofessional

I am a 79 year old man with many health issues including serious heart problems. Dr. Bieser diagnosed a problem with my liver when other physicians were treating for a totally different condition. After three surgeries to take care of my problem I recovered nicely. I am convinced his diagnosis saved my life. I have been treated by many Doctors since my first heart attack 30 years ago, and Dr. Bieser has helped more than any of the others. He takes the time to explain my condition and how I should treat it. I rate his care for me as excellent and I recommend him to everyone I meet who is needing a Doctor.
