List of Vincenzo Galati's Reviews
After a lifetime of suffering from bladder issues, Dr, Vincenzo Galati diagnosed my issues and prescribed a treatment regimen that works. Because of the interventions of Dr. Galati and his staff, I am now free of symptoms and living life as a person without bladder issues. I am truly grateful and also highly recommend the care of Dr. Galati and staff.
Dr Galati took the time to explain my condition and answer all of my questions and concerns. Surgery went perfectly and recovery has been remarkably quick I would recommend Dr Galati to all my friends
BEWARE BEWARE BEWAREBe very cautious if this is your urologist. I was recently admitted to the hospital with blood work showing I was in kidney failure. My urine had backed up in my bladder back to my kidneys causing hydranephrosis. I was given a foley cath and was able to empty my bladder completely. My elevated creatinine started decreasing with foley cath, but this clown insisted I may need stents in my ureters. I am not a doctor but I do have some medical training, thank goodness! After a week in the hospital, I still didn’t have any answers as to why I wasn’t able to empty my bladder. I know I have BPH, and I told urology I did. Not once did Galati or Hallman suggest looking at my prostrate. Did I forget to mention I don’t even recall seeing this Dr. Hallman character, but I have received his bills that my insurance is not covering. I was told in order to be released from hospital I would have to straight cath myself every four hours, which I also refused! I have an enlarged prostrate and that is extremely painful!!! I requested a super pubic catheter and Galati said he would examine my ureters and possibly place stents. I adamantly refused stents in my ureters. Dr. Galati went in through my urethra to place SP cath. When finished, I was released from hospital. I have received bills from Galati and Hallman because I refused their recommend procedure that I didn’t require. Urologist at SLU Care, on second visit, noticed that my prostrate was blocking my urethra. Galati should have seen this, and never said a word. Galati is NOT looking out for his patients. He just wants to fatten his wallet!BE CAUTIOUS OF DR. VINCENZO GALATI, DO
Dr. Galati is a wonderful Urology doctor. He work me in at a hospital where he was doing surgeries in less 4 hour notice. I had a kidney stone that I could not pass and I was very miserable. He work me in during his busy schedule and took the stone out. You don't see that happen much at all during these days. I very grateful to have a doctor like Mr. Galati. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Dr. Galati.
Two years ago this month Dr. Galati preformed a radical robotic prostatectomy on me to remove my cancerous prostate. Due to his skills as a surgeon I am happy to report that I am cancer free and with his follow-up care have complete bladder control and able to perform sexually.
Explains thoroughly, answers questions and concerns. Did a great job removing prostate.
I was introduced to Dr Galati when I was in need of a surgeon for prostate cancer. And later for placement of an implant. Dr Galati has been more than I expected from a doctor/surgeon. From the beginning he has been very upfront about my issues and very informative. His skills as a doctor/surgeon have given me back life that I was unsure how it would turn out. I am very confident in recommending Dr Galati to others that are in need of his skills.
VERY PLEASED I CHOSE DR. GALATI FOR MY PROCEDURE! GREAT EXPERIENCE AND WONDERFUL RESULTS!
ABSOLUTELY AWSOME SURGEON. VERY CARING AND GENEROUS WITH HIS TIME. SO GLAD I CHOSE HIM TO BE MY PHYSICIAN.
Dr. Galati was my urologist when I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Prostate Cancer. He was an amazing doctor. I felt like he actually cared. He took his time talking to me to make sure I understood. He removed my prostate. I had very little side effects after surgery. He referred me to the oncologist for treatment. I highly recommend this doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
