Staff is Terrible.I had been seen by him for years and he is great but, I had been in a house fire and was then living in Arkansas and when I called to make the appointment they said they accepted Arkansas Medicaid or I would not have went there most likely you have to pay upfront or give him your insurance when you show up. They gave me reason to believe that they accepted my Arkansas Medicaid now I was served papers because they're saying that I owe them money because they're trying to tell me that they did not tell me they accepted Arkansas Medicaid which was a lie. My sister was present at the time. Thanks to the terrible staff members along with all the other troubles that I've had to go through with being injured in a house fire now I have to go to court over a bill that they said would have been covered by my Arkansas medicaid.

Terrible upfront desk people! You don’t tell people to hold and then get down a bunch of information to be told you can’t be seen that day when I clearly asked to be seen that day. If it wasn’t for that I’d give 5 stars because dr smart is a good dr.

First visit ok you could tell he was way over worked Second visit did not remember me. Told me to call it for medicine and then refused to fill The misery caused by this to my family and me was so great and destructive. Bad doctor or evil man you decide.
