Friendly service

He doesn’t listen to me! Cuts me off frequently! He doesn’t sign short term disability paperwork. So my work put me on it because I can’t walk very much and keep falling. So I’m not getting any money in to pay my bills. He’s been my doctor for 10 years. This was the first time I truly needed him.

I'd give negative stars if I could! Beware DON'T go here. The front desk receptionist is rude and refuses to do her job correctly. Upon arrival for an appointment I wasn't greated, I stood there waiting- finally to be greated with attitude and unprofessionalism. I was told bc I didn't have my insurance card that is on file with MERCY I'd be billed selfpay, I asked if she could look it up bc it's in the system and she said no.. This Dr is being ruined by his staff.

Had an appointment with Dr. Haffner last March and I have never felt so discouraged by our healthcare system. I left in tears as he sent me away with a false diagnosis of a stomach ulcer, however the reason for the appointment was to discuss other diagnosis, for the medicine I had been taking for a week to help stomach ulcers was not helping and the symptoms were worsening. I ended up seeing other physicians and after having two different endoscopes I was diagnosed with gastroparesis. And I believe if he would have just listened to me, instead of speaking over me as a patient he could have linked that I had every symptom. I am currently getting my Master's in Hospital Administration and the awful service from Dr. Haffner remains as one of my many "why's" for why I choose to do hospital admin.

Why should you leave a Dr. office in tears ever? I had an appointment with Dr. Haffner today in hopes to get medication for my consistent migraines. While yes I did get medicine for that I also went in for a sore throat. When I listed my symptom of sore throat, the office ladies were very rude about how they can’t see my due to covid symptoms. At this point in time what is not a covid symptom.They sent me to my car for a “video visit” as I went to my car one of the ladies ran out screaming at me to come back inside Haffner will see me. I had hopes I would get antibiotics for my sore throat. When the nurse was taking my vitals she was extremely rude as I am 18 years old at my first dr visit on my own. She was very rude about how I forgot to add my iud as a medication because when I think of medication I think of something I take daily. Then let me know how the office ladies are tired of filling new patient paperwork when it was actually a old patient who hadn’t been seen in a couple years. I don’t know about you, but I don’t go to my doctor office unless I am truly sick. Then Haffner came in. I had maybe 10 minutes with him. Asked me basic questions then said he’d prescribe me this medication then walked out. I left in complete tears because I paid money to be belittled. I will never be coming back to Haffner.

I am a new patient and Dr. Haffner is extremely poor about NOT getting my prescriptions refilled. My pharmacist has been working on trying to get two of my major prescriptions filled, that I have been out of, for over a week now! He seems to either not care or has a failed system.

Dr Haffner is knowledgeable and friendly. Very caring and listens well! He has been my doctor for several years and I am pleased with his service .
