I am 27 almost 28 years old and I have been seeing Dr butler for over 10 years. Well I made an appointment over 6 months ago because I really need tests ran so I can get the physical help I need and apply for disability however the receptionist called me today and told me Dr butler won't be in office on the day of my appointment and that she won't be back until march?! This isn't the first time either this used to happen with both my pregnancies alot. I am completely done and will be taking my care elsewhere. How can u even call yourself a doctor if u can't keep ur own appointments 90 percent of the time? Ur not helping anyone anymore Connie atleast darn sure not me and it's sad cause I thought u actually cared about ur patients. Hopefully I can find someone who does.

Very personable doctor but don’t try and get her to refill a prescription! My grandmother who is on hospice has been waiting 3 days for an inhaler refill! It’s sad because the pharmacy has faxed it 3 times and she really need this medication!!

She neglected to tell us there was a high chance our son could be born with multiple birth defects all because of abnormality in the pregnancy she waited until there was no chance to test for defects before even mentioning the single artery umbilical chord which could cause all these problems. Had several issues with her during appointments cause she was always trying to rush us out the door without truly explaining what was going on. We ended up having to see a specialist over an hour away because she neglected to do her job we almost lost our son he was a month over due because of her negligence

Good luck actually seeing her, she pawns you off on her associates who work under her! Also, her staff are rude and treat the patients poorly.

Dr. Butler is a great family doctor. She's a great listener, truly cares about her patients, and has a brilliant mind. I would recommend her to anyone! She's the best!

She has just been wonderful. Always listens, spends more then enough time, lets me get involved with my treatment. Doesn't mind me asking dumb questions. Doesn't make me feel like she is smart and I am dumb even though she is very smart. Easy to talk to and profesional.
