This entire office is absolutely amazing. I'm shocked that there are so many reviews that take issue with the office. Everyone in the practice is caring and interacts with my children so well, and they are not always an easy pair to manage. I follow the regular guidelines for vaccines, and I appreciate that they ask others to do so if they're attending this particular practice, so that isn't a concern of mine. It's clearly stated in the message upfront when you call, so no one should be complaining about that when it isn't a surprise. Dr. Scott is thoughtful, helpful, and willing to listen to any concerns I have regarding the course of any treatment we discuss. I'd give a 6 star review if I could.

One of my children needed to see Dr. Scott for a problem she has been struggling with lately. It s caused a series of stressful situations for us. They are very much aware of my concerns but yet they displayed no empathy or care of the situation at hand. I called the office to inform them that we would be a few minutes late prior to the appt as my daughter has a hard time getting ready. I understand my daughters struggle but the doctors office did not take the underlying issue into consideration and the front office informed me that the Dr refused to see her because they were booked. The waiting room is always empty with very little appeal. There wasn t anyone coming in or going. I m giving 2 stars for the fact that Dr Scott seems nice. Her staff can be rather short at times and this office is either double billing or not coding correctly and if you ask them about it, they informed me that I need to contact Corporate Mercy. I ve had to have a few bills resolved and yet it continues. Never thought Mercy would go down hill and be such a disappointment. My recommendation is they make an effort to update their office and retrain their staff and mindset.

This office is unfriendly and has terrible staff especially the office manager. If you are looking for a primary care doctor office I would keep searching.

Very pro-vaccine, very thorough on explanations, and very nice staff all around.

Dr. Scott and her staff are extremely welcoming. All my questions are addressed, and I never feel silly for asking questions. I was concerned after Dr. Defalco left, as we had enjoyed her working with us, but the office has continued to exceed expectations.

Went in for shot 2/3 for Hep B and was FIRED as a patient and kept referring to me as an anti-vaxxer, because we get individuals shots vs bundled vaccinations. The staff had a change in attitude once the new doctor came to the practice. Rude and rushed!

Dr. Defalco left and Dr. Scott replaced her. Awful staff and disappointing to see the standard of care at this clinic. Beware of Dr. Scott!!

Wow! I used to the love the office while Dr. DeFalco was in practice. Unfortunately, Dr. Angela Scott and her staff were rude and unaccepting of performing single shot vaccinations. She will ONLY give multiple shot vaccinations. When your neonatologist suggests preservative free, single shot vaccinations as you child was born 2lbs. 14oz. You follow their suggestions. I am so frustrated at the poor treatment. She puts Mercy s suggested % of non-vaccinators first, not the patients needs.
