Appointments are always on time. Reception and staff were amazing. His nurses have been so kind and caring. He takes his time talking to patients and listens to needs and answers questions. He does not push you to make decision but provides plenty of information. Highly, highly recommend.

Had been referred to him by his partner. 2 hour drive to see him; in the room <10”, shook his head said he had no idea. Need to see a neurologist. Didn’t ask if we needed one. Dismissive & curt.

I was very disappointed in my experience. Dr. Crane saw me and I had an MRI order by my PCP later that week. Dr. Crane ordered PT, which I was fine with that plan of care. The MRI showed multiple herniated discs and a torn ligament. I spoke directly with his MA who, after I told her the results/outcome of the MRI, would have him review and decide if the plan of care should change. 5 messages left over 2 weeks and they still have not called me back. Due to the unprofessional behavior, my PCP referred me out to someone different.

Dr Crane provided detailed & accurate information regarding my back issue (bulging disc). We tried all options we could but weren’t able to avoid surgery. The procedure went very well & after 3 weeks, I’m feeling 99% back to normal. He was very helpful & professional throughout the entire process
