This review is strictly about the check in process. I brought my son to urgent care to get a second opinion as he was in a wreck and was still in a lot of pain. He doesn’t have a primary physician and when he looked at getting one, his wait would be two months. His leg is tingly and somewhat numb, still has a bad headache after two days, his side is now hurting and just in a lot of pain. He had been to the ER, but we weren’t happy with the care he received and just wanted a second opinion. Lady at the desk says, well, I don’t know what we can do for you. Not your job to say what or if something can be done. We want a second opinion and a possible referral to PT a chiropractor, to make sure nothing internal is going on something. Can you just check him in! Sheesh. We called the BJC convenient care in Ofallon, and told them what was going on. She suggest we go to urgent care. For reference her name is Alaina.
