Needed a MRI this past weekend. Both the receptionist and the MRI tech were incredibly friendly and kind, especially for 8am on a Saturday morning. The facility was clean and tidy. The procedure itself went smoothly and was greatly aided by the XM Radio that was piped in over headphones to help drown out the noise from the actual machine. Extra points for being given the choice of the channel to be played. I also greatly appreciated the communication from the technician during the procedure. I hope to never need another MRI, but if I do, this would be my first choice for location.

This center I got an MRI yesterday and fell asleep twice in the machine!  they're so friendly And kind they let you know exactly what's happening. I recommend this a Facility to anyone that needs imaging done

I got a hip injection this morning, and it was a very pleasant experience! The facilities are clean, the front desk staff very helpful and knowledgeable, and they quickly put you at ease. Special shout out to Dustin and Dr. DeMertzis for being patient, professional and fabulous at what you do. 😊

TOTAL DISASTER. We drove from Kansas City to St. Louis for an upright MRI and the entire process was HORRIBLE. When we got the MRI we had to go to 2 completely different places (one for the upright MRI and another for the 'regular' MRI). That wasn't ridiculous but THEY SENT US A MASSIVE BILL 12 MONTHS LATER. Yeah, we got a bill for more than $1,200 for a single MRI 15 MONTHS AFTER THE APPOINTMENT. There was no explanation or detail provided and we had NO WARNING that this bill was coming FOR 15 MONTHS.Their customer support team MADE THINGS WORSE because they wouldn't talk to me about the bill (for my wife) claiming that HIPAA prohibited them from discussing the bill with me (WHICH IS NONSENSE, HIPAA DOESN'T APPLY TO BILLING DISCUSSIONS).The short version is DON'T USE ST. LUKE'S IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO. FIND SOMEONE ELSE who actually cares about their patients.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful staff. I can not say how much I appreciate the kindness and patience in your staff. I am going through a lot with my medical right now and to have such kind people working here is such a blessing. Thank you to all of you I spoke with a Crystal on the phone today who was so understanding and helpful. It made my whole day.

I was scheduled for an MRI of my brain due to a concussion and there was a miscommunication about the time of my appointment during scheduling--when I arrived past the 10 minute mark, the staff was very understanding and accommodating and found a way to squeeze me in at the end of the night instead of turning me away--I very much appreciate that! Always a great experience at this location.

I had the best visit at your facility today. I have a lumbar injury and my M.D. ordered last minute presurgical MRI. Jeri noticed my pain level and gave me Tylenol to help me with my 2 hour drive home. Madi and Kelly you ladies were wonderful as well. Thank you for your kindness.

The place is clean. The staff is courteous, patient and compassionate. They have a 3T MRI. They have the result back the next day. The staff makes you very comfortable throughout the process. They take time to make sure you are ok during the mri. They also let you know how long is going to be. I would recommend anyone who needs mri to come to this facility.

I had a cervical MRI at the Chesterfield location and was extremely impressed with the experience. The woman who checked me in (Ashley) was very courteous and even walked out to me in the waiting room to personally return my ID and insurance card. The MRI tech specialist (Art) was outstanding. Had never had an MRI where I had to go "in the tube" and he took the time to explain everything. During the procedure he was constantly checking in with me and was very reassuring. My report was available within a day. All said, I would give the team at CDI an A+. Also had X-rays at the Frontenac location and they were great, also.
