Tried to make an appointment today and the receptionist told me they were booked until August. I asked if they can have my prescription refilled in the meantime and she hung up on me. This is after the fact I decided to cancel my appointment last time I made one.

I've seen Dr. D. Ring, MD many times over years of appointments. I see him mostly for a chronic problem. I've had other dermatologist but I definitely trust him the most. He has a very good bedside manner. Most importantly he listens, asks pertinent questions, and really tries to make the correct diagnosis and find a good remedy. I had my first appointment today and Dr. Ring was amazing. Very professional, he took the time to listen to everything I had to say, he did not rush me. He didn’t presume to know my body better than me. He gave me several options as far as solutions to my on going problem. He even came back to speak to me after I told his assistant I had a few more questions. Just over all honestly one of the best doctors I’ve come into contact with in years!

Dr.Ring is the epitome of professionalism and compassion. I’ll never go to another dermatologist. He held my hand while I cried during a painful procedure, his empathy is unmatched. I’m honestly grateful to have found him.

Dr.Ring is excellent. I’ve never had a more knowledgeable, compassionate doctor. I will sing his praises forever. His assistant Ashley and Tessa at the front desk are professional and polite.

This has been the only doctor who could get me in for a patch test in a timely manner. Dr. Ring took a lot of time listening to me to address a contact dermatitis issue on my face that was making me miserable. His wonderful nurse, Tiffany, conducted an extensive patch test, even testing personal care items, to determine my allergens. She has worked with me to create a plan to get my contact allergy under control. She is always fast to respond to my emails and calls. This group has been answered prayer. I appreciate everything they have done to help me.

Gave one star because can't give zero. Dr was taking biopsy from cheek sore to check for signs of an auto immune disease. Very pretty Russian tech helping him and she had poor English. She put sample in wrong prep liquid, ruining it. Next day a call, can we do biopsy over? Another scar to add to my collection. If they had been paying attention, and not flirting, this probably would not have happened. Thanks for the extra scar Dr Ring.
