Great staff of nurses who return calls and provide assistance when reasonable and when requested. I have a high level of confidence in both Nurse Practitioner and doctor serving this location.

NP Becky is great. She is understanding compassionate. Office staff is amazing and great to deal with. Dr. Willey takes his time and listens. I did not feel rushed as I have in other practices. Highly recommended

Before the practice was bought out they were amazing Now the staff is rude condescending and extremely unprofessional I would go to a vet before choosing this practice Wish Laura would leave this place MANY would follow her

If the option to give negative stars was available I would choose that. I have been a patient for years and love the staff here. Recently the practice was taken over by a new doctor. Because of a billing miscommunication and one late payment I was sent to collections and refused any future service. What an awful way to treat people.

My experience was awful. I should have known from my first interview with Dr. V when he came in wearing a sweater that looked like hed pulled it from someones trash with food stains down the front. Most of my experience in his office was with his nurse practitioner which was always good. My most recent experience with Dr. V has caused me to switch primary care physicians. A visit in Urgent Care and ER resulted in those doctors telling me to see a specialist. Since I have Essence Medicare Advantage I must have my PCP referral for that. Dr. V refused to give me that. I went to one anyway at my own expense. He said Dr. V was wrong in his diagnosis of my condition and wanted to do an MRI and probably surgery. He sent a letter to Dr. V and made a phone call to him but Dr. V continued to refuse me a referral. I am waiting until May 1 for my new PCP to take effect. In the meantime my condition continues to deteriorate.
