Staff was friendly, my appointment was on time and when I was in the exam room Dr Marino was in and doing my exam. He was very through explaining everything to me.

So far I'm impressed with Dr Pugliano. I had a recurring soar throat for some time and he quickly corrected it when others seemed to be unable. The staff is also a pleasure to deal with.

Dr Lima has been taking care of me for several years now, and I really appreciate her expertise and professionalism. She listens well, and explains things well, so I always leave her office understanding my diagnoses and treatment plans. The office is well-organized, which makes scheduling and prescription refills a breeze. The staff is always courteous, kind, and friendly. Lastly, Dr. Lima is gentle, thoughtful, and kind, even during procedures that are a bit uncomfortable. Over all, I appreciate the quality of care Dr Lima & ENT Associates, Inc., provide me on every level: Knowledge and Expertise; Compassion and Empathy; Communication and Organization. 10/10 recommend.

First visit was easy and relatively quick for a physician's office. Resolved my issue in one visit. Thoroughly explained everything.

Just called to make an appointment for my daughter. Person on the phone suggested I could get in earlier regarding my daughters nose bleeds if I just wanted to get it cauterized. I asked her if she could give me more details on that and she said "well I'm not a doctor. You can just google it. People do it all the time." I said would they put my kid to sleep or what do they do to calm the child. She scuffed like what's the big deal people do it all the time. They just numb the area and cauterize it. I asked for more details so that I could explain the process to my daughter and she said again she's not a doctor. I felt rushed to make a decision so I told her just that and hung up. Not a very good first impression. I wouldn't want someone going up into my nose to burn off a blood vessel without some details on the procedure!

I was able to get appointment relatively quickly. Health forms were sent via postal mail and also by email. They have followed up promptly with further testing, working around my schedule. There are very few doctors in St. Louis who do the kind of surgery I was inquiring about, so I was happy to have been able to see the doctor in a reasonable amount of time. He gave me a pamphlet about the procedure and further information regarding whether I am a candidate for it.I have since seen Dr. Marino for a turbinate procedure in his office. He was very professional, answered all my questions, and offered further information about how to address my sleep apnea. I would definitely recommend him and his friendly, supportive staff.

Dr. Dahn was very caring and explained things well. Along with referrals and follow up phone calls. I would definitely recommend him and his staff.

I have always had a great experience with Kelly. She is outstanding. She is thorough and takes her time explaining exactly what is going on with the results. I highly recommend ENT Associates. The team is very kind and understanding.
