Terrible Uncaring office As well as unprofessional please take your child somewhere else. That office only cares about co-pays and that you check them in the computer somewhere along the line they have lost their compassion

Absolute horrible. My son went in for a routine visit. The nurse needed to measure him but he wasn't cooperating so she pinned him down. Not lightly either. She was brutal. My son was screaming his head off. I asked her to release him. Her response was "this is what we do". When I mentioned it to Dr. Smith she just brushed it off. She said "let's agree to disagree." My son has a bruise on his arm now! Unacceptable. It's her way or no way. She doesn't seem to care what you have to say or feel.

Dr. Jessica is awesome!!! My girls adore her as well as I. She is down to earth we can really just connect with her. Any questions I have she has no problem answering the million I have. She is laid back but don't be confused she is very thorough and super cautious and on top of everything. My girls are well taken care of because of her. I'm glad my girls have a doctor as amazing as she. I can't believe this rating!

Dr. Jessica has always taken great care of my son for both sick visits and well visits! The office has never made me wait in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes! I've been able to schedule same day appointments with ease. Office staff is very professional & caring. Overall fantastic office and provider!
