The appointment went well. Had tests done and I was referred to another doctor by Dr. Mason. That doctor wouldn’t see me without some type referral in the system. I called them back to get that from them and spoke to the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to in a doctor’s office. She refused to tell the doctor this or have him send the referral. Told me they don’t do that lol. She then got irate with me and got loud when I said I wanted her to explain the situation with the doctor and not her. Just to be clear. This is not a review on the doctor himself. He was as good as could be expected. It’s his staff. Hopefully it’s not his entire staff and this is just one bad apple.

Dr. Mason is very dedicated to his patients. Cares, responded quickly and bed side manner is wonderful. Highly recommend.

My appointment with Dr Mason went quite well. He presents with excellent bedside manner and is very kind. He provided me with reassurance based upon his experience as a physician and surgeon which was invaluable. As a fellow physician I would highly recommend Dr Mason for his surgical expertise.

Dr John Mason is an excellent surgeon. My GP sent me to him because I had a huge gallstone causing me severe pain. As I had expected, my gallbladder needed to be removed. He was so nice and answered all of my questions. The surgery team @ St. Lukes was amazing. It has been almost 2 months and I feel fantastic. I highly recommend Dr. Mason.

John Mason is a wonderful doctor, communicator, listener and excellent surgeon. I trusted immediately during my first appointment. When you see Dr. Mason he makes you feel as though you are his only patient & concern. The staff at his office are some of the finest in our area. We were so fortunate to have had him as our specialist.

Dr. Mason is truly the definition of a top notch surgeon. His surgery skills are outstanding (I've gone to him for 3 different procedures) and his bedside manner is fantastic. He explains your condition and procedure thoroughly to you while his compassion and kind nature put you at ease. I've seen a couple of other surgeons prior to Dr. Mason and they just pale in comparison. It's rare to find a physician like him and I highly recommend him.
