21 yrs ago my father awoke after suffering a major heart attack and being life flighted to St. Johns (now Mercy) Hosp. He said he thought Dr. Bourland was an angel standing beside the bed; little did he know, she TRULY was, having completed a quadruple bypass which saved his life! Thanks to DR BOURLAND’S dedication, knowledge and expertise, we have enjoyed 21 yrs & counting (he is celebrating his 78th bday today and continues to touch lives as the most amazing man I know.
