Dr.Kemp was great, expect the customer service representatives were extremely unprofessional. My first visit I witnessed the one employee say she was irritated at the client she just got off the phone with. She ranted to the employee next to her briefly right in front of me. I don’t care about your work problems, and it’s extremely unprofessional to do it in front of a brand new patient. You can rant all you want about your job, just not in front of patients. Today, I called to get my blood work request sent over via fax. The representative hung up without saying any sort of goodbye. She just said “ok” and the line went dead. It doesn’t seem like a big deal to the reader, but after feeling uncomfortable after the first interaction, it just makes me question where I put my trust for health care.

I recently switched allergists and am so grateful I did. Dr. Kemp was an excellent listener, made my injections more efficient by changing them from 4 shots to 2 shots, and was honest with me about how much longer my weekly injections will be. Her Chesterfield office is much more organized, efficient, convenient, and friendly than my previous doctor's was. Her office has ample parking and is easy to access, a dedicated person giving injections who sees you right after you walk in, a comfortable waiting room that is very kid-friendly, and they keep track of your 30 minute wait time for you. I highly recommend Dr. Kemp and her office if you need allergy shots.

In my 57 years, I have been to a lot of doctor's offices. I consider myself to be pretty healthy, but have had increasing difficulties with allergies as I have gotten older. Dr. Kemp listens carefully, and is attentive to my concerns. She is also a personable physician, and I feel that she genuinely cares about her patients. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the office atmosphere is very pleasant. I highly recommend this office and staff.
