I wish I could write a post like some of the others to say that OE went “above & beyond” for me, but that’s not the case. I contacted them today for an emergency situation I was in with being in FL for a week and my contact lens cracked on my 2nd day here….I asked if they were able to possibly create a lens and overnight it to me when ready & I was met with no empathy, but only that it had been a year and a half since I had been there and they probably couldn’t help because my prescription was expired, but she’d check with the doctor….They were unable to help, and I was disappointed with the fact that even in an emergency situation, they wouldn’t make an exception. I realize they don’t care about me, one person, but I won’t be returning there.

No issue with an eye exam but concern about how I was told by the front desk during the 1st exam that there would be no charge for the follow up exam. Plus, even though I have an insurance they decided not to process follow up exam with the insurance. Very odd that they didn’t want to process followup eye exam via insurance but ok.

I couldn't ask for a better place and to be in better hands than at Optimized Eyesore. Dr Kelly is amazing as is the entire staff. Great selection of glasses and great TLC to the patrons!!!

I am a long time patient that recently had an exam and updated script from the office. After having new lenses cut, turned out the script was not accurate - vision was worse - and, after another exam, a new script written. I was told that I needed to absorb cost of first pair of useless lenses - and also pay for new, correct ones. Their mistake cost me double what it should have.

My wife and I Had the most thorough eye exams with Dr Kelly. Even with how thorough he was, it was still efficient and our two kids (both under 3yo) were able to play and we were out before they got bored.

Everyone was great and so helpful. Brandy helped my daughter find glasses that fit her face shape and narrow down the options, see had 10-15 that she picked as her favorite. She was very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. She has also been very patient when there was a mix up with my insurance company and kept me updated through the whole process. I would recommend this office to my whole family!

Dr. Kelly is the most informative optometrist I’ve seen in my 50+ years of wearing glasses and contacts. He and his staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Optimized Eyecare!

I had a wonderful experience at optimized eyecare. Dr. Kelly was extremely thorough and made me feel right at home. He answered all my questions and without judgement. Their glasses selection is great and I had a fun time shopping around with the associates. They sanitize all the glasses after you try them on too, making me feel extra safe. I am so glad I found this place!
