Dr. Gelner is OK even though her equipment is antiquated. However her staff is terrible. They over charged me twice and when I pointed it out their reaction was unbelievable. The second visit the same thing happened and I am now convinced the staff is purposely over charging. I told them on the spot that I wanted a copy of all of my records because I was never coming back. I found a new Optometrist with a helpful team not a bunch of thieves.

I THINK DR. GELNER IS WONDERFUL AND SHE IS VERY CARING. I WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY EYES AND CALLED HER OFFICE HER STAFF GOT IN TOUCH WITH HER RIGHT AWAY AND SHE RETURNED MY CALL WHEN SHE WAS OUT OF TOWN. SHE IS SO PERSONABLE AND ANSWER ALL OF MY QUESTIONS WITHOUT RUSHING. I LOVE THE STAFF AS WELL

Front staff employees were super rude to me during every visit into the office. When I tried to ask questions about things I didn’t understand with billing, or cheaper contact options, they were not helpful. It’s like they seemed bothered by me asking, or just wanted money. I’ve never experienced this kind of behavior from a doctors office before. I don’t recommend going here.
