List of Paul Robert Ganninger's Reviews
I would give zero if I could. I saw Dr. Hastings for an annual exam, no issues, just general baseline visit now that I'm in my 30's. I did not like his bedside manner and when I called back to request the other physician, Dr. Paul Ganninger, who I was told has much better reviews/experiences I was told I'm not able to do this within their office, you must stick to your physician or go elsewhere. I requested an office manager because I've never heard of such a policy and I think it's absurd. The office manager was extremely rude, argumentative and confirmed this insane policy after I explained I wasn't pleased with Dr. Hastings and wouldn't be comfortable continuing care with him based on his demeanor and how he brushed off my visit initially. I will gladly go elsewhere now that I see who is running that office and the professionalism that is lacked.
Wonderful thoughtful attentive doctor.
A few years ago I would say that’d I’d recommend people to see him and his practice, but I would not anymore. They are some of the most negative staff these days and are so combative about any medical complaints you have. I switched PCPs and it was a good decision. I hope they can improve again and recover their business.
Dr Ganninger is not only an amazing doctor but a very very caring and personable individual.
Do not question him about his staff. I had mix ups of prescription refills two months in a row, I asked to have the Dr. Ganninger contact me about the situation. He did at which time he told me it would be best if I found a new primary care physician. This after almost ten years with him.
Dr. Ganninger has been my doctor for 10 years now and nothing but good things. I'm still living an breathing
Dr. Ganninger is professional, confident and personable. He spends quality time getting to know his patients and I would highly recommend making him your primary care physician.
Office staff unprofessional, getting prescriptions refilled was never easy. I would always have to call the office each month to remind them to call Walgreens to get my prescription refilled. Don’t understand why the office wouldn’t give me a certain amount of refills within a certain amount of time. That was how my previous doctor handled the exact same prescription. Currently looking for a new doctor.
After having difficulties getting a prescription refilled. My wife had called the office, staff was rude told my wife if we want the prescription refilled she needed to be quiet and listen. I called the office myself, after being left on hold for several minutes I left a message for Dr. Ganninger to call me back personally. Instead, the office personnel who was rude previously called me back. To inform me they will give me a 30 day supply of my prescription and will send me a letter to terminate me as a patient to Dr. Ganninger. I will never no if my Doctor ever got the message that I needed to talk to him. Instead I believe the office manager took it upon herself to handle it. A patient who could never refer this Dr. due to his staff.
Excellent doctor. Takes as much time as needed to answer all questions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
