Fine for several years, liked & trusted her. With only Medicare I would ask for balance every so often. Told no info yet. Even paid them anyway to get ahead of a big bill. Unfortunately forgot for a few months. Suddenly I was hit with a large bill dating back 11 months! Sent message with friend (who also sees Dr) that I needed to set up a pay schedule & was told "Well she can always go back to BJC"....to find another doctor. ??!! I felt betrayed! Found another Dr. Don't go if lacking money.

I had one appointment with Dr. Morel. She asked me to follow up with her the following week to check new medication. I was simply unable to make another appointment. All doctors are vital, yet a specialist in mental health should be available for follow up, especially when medication is involved.

My initial visit was fine. The doctor asked me to return the next week to review medications. I've made several attempts to reschedule, to no avail. Calls are not answered, messages are not returned and it appears no one is manning the phone. If you need a doctor who takes this position seriously, I would avoid Dr. Morel. I was asked to review on my first visit when leaving, and unfortunately I was unaware of the inadequacy of her practice. This is not the place for anyone seeking mindful help.

Finally, the right medication! She is easy to talk to because she talks to you like she is your best friend. She listens to you. She gets your medication right. I have had a long journey of spiraling downward. Now, I can see the light after a long time. I am very grateful to her

Dr.Morel is all about money. On my very first visit Dr.Morel made me wait in her office over ten mintues while she discussed another patients account with her seceatary Lisa. Rude!! There were several other unprofessional things I experienced under the very Rude Dr.Morel's care. HORRIABLE. If you looking for a real caring Doctor. You will not find that in Rachel Morel.
