The office staff was helpful, informative, patient and accommodating before, during and in all post op visits. The results were as described and the proper expectations were set. I appreciated, Dr. Maack's explanation prior to any procedure, he educated and answered any and all questions. The day after surgery, my wife had questions about my recovery and some particular swelling. Dr. Maack, requested we meet him at the office to examine the issue which resulted in no required action and was normal. It was 630 in the evening. When he states call him, he means it and will show up.

Pleasant, helpful and informative

The care provided to me at Synergi has been nothing but phenomenal! The first time I (15, female) broke my nose, a friend of mine recommended Dr. Maack as she had gone to him and loved her results. I was nervous to find out if I needed surgery but I felt so surrounded by genuinely happy and caring people that my nerves were calmed. From the people at the front desk, to the nurses, everyone contributed to my experience. It was determined that I did need surgery, but Dr. Maack's team made the process easy and recovery short. A few years later (now 17 y/o), I broke my nose yet again. We got in quickly and surgery was needed again. This time I was given the option of a rhinoplasty (nose job). I truly do not think I would have went forward with the procedure if it wasn't for the trust I had in Dr. Maack and his team. He took the time to explain the procedure in addition to making sure my results would be exactly what I wanted by using photoshop. The procedure itself went great and recovery was even better than I expected. Throughout the entire process communication has been so open creating a level of comfort I could not have received anywhere else. I would recommend Synergi to anyone of any age, the quality of the services provided is truly remarkable.

Horrible doctor. He was to fix my nose but he butchered me instead. My nose looks hideous. It is now crooked. One nostril is big and round while the other is a slit that I cannot breathe through. It is lumpy, bumpy & disfigured like I have been in an accident. I cannot believe that I paid to look this bad. I now have to go to another doctor and go through all the pain again just to be able to breathe through my nose. I would not recommend Dr. Maack to anyone.

I highly recommend Dr. Maack at Synergi. I recently had surgery and I’m extremely happy with my results. Not only does he do amazing work, he is also very nice. Him and his staff make you feel very welcome!
