Dr. Maack did an amazingly good job fixing my broken nose. I'm extremely impressed with the results. Additionally, everyone at Synergi Facial Surgery is friendly, nice, and very good at what they do. (My nose had been broken before and another facial plastic surgeon in St Louis did an absolutely terrible job trying to repair it and, to add insult to injury, had an openly anti-Semitic receptionist. So choosing the right plastic surgeon is very important.) Dr. Maack is the best plastic surgeon in St Louis. And his med spa is excellent too.

Update: ITS BEEN A YEAR AND IM STILL OBSESSED! I'm getting married in three weeks and I'm so thankful that I don't have to worry about having a double chin in any of my photos. So incredibly thankful to Dr. Maack!

Dr. Maack fixed my earlobes and I wish I didn't wait so long to get them fixed! He talked me thru the whole process and made me feel very calm and at ease. I love being able to wear all my fun earrings now. I definitely would recommend coming to see Dr. Maack!

I saw Dr. Maack several years ago because I had two stubborn cysts on my jaw. They were painful and unsightly. Dr. Maack told me he could remove them and he told me there would be very little scarring. I now have two HUGE scars on my jaw. The scars are raised, discolored and large. It has been traumatic for me. I would actually give Dr. Maack zero stars but that's not an option.

Dr. Maack is a miracle-worker as well as a great person. He GENTLY fixed my deviated septum and performed a rhinoplasty at the same time. He worked with me and gave me a cute nose!! And I was back to work in less than a week with minimal pain and swelling. The whole process was so much less painful than I had feared!!! NO ONE has said, "Oh, you had a nose job." BUT almost everyone has said, "Have you lost weight?" (Umm, no) and/or "Geeze, your eyes look so big." It's pretty great. Highly recommend.
