These guys and gals are great. Thorough, kind and as quick as they can be given so many COVID cases. They took care of my whole family. I know how busy they are so I sent a few pizza to them the other night! :)

All staff was kind, compassionate and extremely helpful. I had very little wait time in the actual clinic. I am so very grateful that they were able to see me and get me what I needed to get better.

Lucinda at the front desk was so sweet and comforting. I had been sick for 5 days but with my regular GP out sick, I needed to get seen. Once I got checked in online and waited, I was notified when to return to the parking lot. I was able to sleep on my own bed while waiting! The providers (NPs) and EMTs and CMAs that took care of me were kind, never made me feel like I was a torn in their side. I kept apologizing that I was there after 8:00pm and they said, "don't worry! we want to get you taken care of! " Every single one of them, from beginning to discharge was amazing! THANK YOU SO MUCH TAUC!

Awesome experience from start to finish! I brought my elderly mother in presenting with a really bad sounding cough and experiencing fatigue. They took us right away, ruled out the more serious possible diagnoses and gave us medicine to treat her. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location!

The care I received at the Clarkson road Total Access Urgent Care is the best I've received in some time anywhere. They recognized immediately that I was in trouble and responded quickly. I would go there rather than the emergency room for anything that did not obviously require surgical intervention. Incredible and caring, they have my thanks!
