Went to another clinic and wasn't having that much success . Decided to do a consultation with Dr. Alexander. . I was very impressed with the information she gave me and the knowledge that she had. . Gave the information to my old clinic and they told me it wasn't necessary . After a couple of tries at the old clinic, I decided to transfer to. Mcrm . And it was the best decision I made... truly thank you for letting our family grow. if I could give her 10 stars, I would.

Dr. Alexander was amazing to work with. She was so clear, and calm and communicated with us so clearly every step of the way. Her whole team at MCRM was kind and knowledgeable. We spent so much time there the past 6 months and could not have had a better experience.

My husband and I had a great experience with Dr. Alexander at MCRM. She really helped ease a lot of our qualms going into IVF for the first time and helped guide us in the direction that ultimately got us pregnant on our first try. We are extremely grateful for what MCRM has given our family.

Dr. Alexander was my fertility doctor for multiple rounds IVF/FETs. She is hands-down one of the kindest doctors I have ever worked with. She listens to your concerns and genuinely wants to find the best treatment plan for her patients. IVF is an emotional process, and she is incredibly kind throughout the highs and lows. Her medical knowledge is top-notch, she is incredibly responsive, and her bedside manner is second to none. I cannot recommend Dr. Alexander enough!

We love MCRM Fertility because we felt so supported through the whole process. It is scary to not know why you aren’t getting pregnant and Dr. Alexander and Jen were there to walk us through every step and answer any question (no matter how small). They calmed our nerves and made us feel as comfortable as we could be during the process of multiple IUI’s and into IVF. They were our cheerleaders when we got pregnant and continue to celebrate with us. They are amazing during an unknown time. I especially loved the communication tool on the app to be able to send a quick question and get a response back quickly.

We had a great experience at MCRM. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Dr. Alexander is the best. She's very responsive, kind, and explains everything so that her patients understand. She really went above and beyond for us. I would recommend her to anyone. -- Mary W
