Dr. and staff were proficient, fast, and professional. I have been going to Dr. Montgomery for some years, and I’ve always been completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to their care.

So staff and doctor were great, but on 10/3 I had an 11:10am appointment, I showed up at 11am as requested and had everything filled out, though I did not get called back until 11:45am. Then I sat for 5 or more minutes to meet with the doctor for less than a minute. For me that is a waste of time and I hope that I am only billed for the 6 total minutes I was in the actual doctor's room and not the so plus minutes I was waiting to be seen. This appointment could have been a drop off and telnet or zoom visit not a almost hour long process with 95% of it me waiting. Also, no one said anything on delays or how much longer it would be until I asked 30 plus minutes into waiting. Seems like everyone had same experience that day. Not okay to make people wait like this.
