I have seen Dr. Etters for over 16 years. She delivered my second child and even 3 days after I left the hospital I had some questions and concerns, she still took time to see me and answer my questions. She will give a person all the time they need and is open and honest. My 22 year old daughter now sees her and is very comfortable with all aspects of Dr. Etters. Sending my child for the women's wellness is scary, but I knew with her going to Dr. Etters she would be explained every step of the way and would be comfortable talking openly with her. I would highly recommend Dr. Etters for all family issues as well as women's health.
she is a concerned and caring doctor her patients come first.
Dr Etters takes her times with her patients. She listens and makes suggestions, but does not push you to do something that you are not comfortable doing. My wife and children are patients as well and we could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend Dr Etters to anyone looking for a family medicine physician.

We have had Dr. Etters as our doctor for many, many years and plan to stay with her as long and she will have us. She has taken care of our family. She is caring and compassionate and knowledgeable. I have recommended her to many of my friends.
I have been a patient of Dr. Etters for 14 years. I followed her from Warrensburg to Clinton. She takes the time to listen to me, never rushes the appointment. The only tests she has ordered are ones that are needed. She has never refused to see me if there was a billing question. She has always gotten preauthorization from my insurance company if that is needed. She is very caring and goes beyond to help her patients. Her staff is very knowledgeable and caring as well.
Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor .
It was terrible . She didn't listen to my concerns , ordered a drug screen that came back fine . My insurance company needed a letter of authorization from her before paying , they never got it . I got stuck with a 750 dollar bill ! No treatment . I have a friend that used her for 18 yrs . Dr Etters dropped her when she fell behind on co pays . After 18 yrs !!! I would never ever recommend her to anyone . Callous & uncaring . She's in the wrong profession !!!
Great Dr.
My mother to Dr Etters who helps her with her regular and general meds. BP, colds, pain med, etc...She has cancer and it is not a good long term prognosis. This young lady proceeded to tell her to "live it up"--make a bucket list, have whatever pain meds you want and eat whatever you like. In other words, you're dying so do whatever you want in your last days. Final straw that sent my mother to tears..."whenever you are ready for hospice let me know and I'll send the order in." WHAT!! HOSPICE Dr Etters is NOT an oncologist and that was an unbelievably irresponsible remark considering my mothers tumor marks are improving significantly. We all realize that it is not curable but to discourage someone who is already discouraged is NOT what I would consider a loving and caring physician who cares about people! This is NOT the first time I have heard about this but it will be my mother's last visit.
Over billing and misprescribing of treatment. Very unapproachable. Will not return a phone call. The "gate keeper" office help will not allow you to get access to her or an email address etc. that you could contact her with. Office help will only tell you that you have to get an appointment and pay for an office visit to talk with her. Not a good doctor.
Dr. Etters has no compassion for her elderly patients. I know first hand that she covered up a blood clot issue that she missed on a family member that eventually resulted in her death. Think twice before you take your love one to any of her offices.
Dr. Etters saved my leg from getting amputated. She is in high demand but it is worth the wait because she will do whatever she can to help her patients!
Overall, I have had very good experiences with Dr. Etters. Sometimes, I have had to wait, or she has had to cancel, but she is in high demand and I understand these things. She listens carefully and has never dismissed any problem that I have had.My only complaint would be when I have a question and I am stopped by one of the nurses who acts as a gate keeper. Her mannerism was quite condescending, which was very disconcerting to me.
I would not recommend this doctor at all. Very poor OB experience with her.
