My last visit with Doctor Elkady was great. He’s definitely the best doctor I’ve ever encountered. I will miss him so much. Cox is loosing one of their best doctors. He always put me at ease and explained everything to me so I could understand. When you have a few different lung diseases it helps to have someone that is very knowledgeable in that field and also knows how to comfort you at the same time. I trusted him with my whole heart. I want to thank him for always being such a wonderful doctor and always putting his patients first. I know others that had him as their doctor and they loved him. I just hope and pray I can receive another doctor that is at least half as good as he. I know doctors like him are very rare and my chances of receiving that quality of care is not going to be easy!! While I was in the hospital with Covid, Dr. Elkady came to my bedside while I was on a ventilator. Everyone else had been so positive in conversations and support. I still remember him indicating something about my age and my brain activity and how he "guessed" they would keep working on me...He seemed negative. I would suggest he work on his bedside manner. People fighting for their lives can hear you.

Great everything easy Doctor is nice but office difficult to get ahold of for results

Probably the BEST experience I have had with a doctor in a long time. He tells you the truth and doesn’t beat around the bush on any issues. Wish he was my primary care doctor too!!

The Doctor is very nice , the clinic is not well organized I would have gone to Mercy but I like Dr Elkady he is always informative and caring

Dr. Elkady’s new nurse sucks. Samantha was such a good nurse and I was able to work well with her. I hate that she didn’t come back. Don’t know what the new nurses name is but she was terrible to my husband today. It’s very disappointing because I felt like me and my husband both had a great working relationship with Dr. Elkady. I’ve been through a lot with him. He was great! Now she won’t let us talk to him and acts like she knows what he would say. Very disappointed..

Great doctor answer all my questions and spend time with me and my wife to explain to us the whole process

I had to call there all the time. Only to get Nothing but a Recording machine. I got really sick of PEOPLE THAT DON'T DO THERE JOBHaving Had Sleep Apnea my Whole Life and having a TIA with Paralysis and 2 Heart Attacks. I Really needed my C pap supplies for Over 9 months. I would Leave Oh Poor me messages. I DIDN'T Want To Die. No Sympathy just Ignoring me. One lady there was Always nice.. Not Sue. Oh No.. Oh my God! Literary she kept CALLING me Back when she caused me Severe Angina.. She was acting like a 12 year old. Saying Who's StupidWho's studid..Throwing a Complete Fit or Temper Tantrum. During which time I told her that I had Already called the Ambulance here this week. Sue Repies.. YES I KNOW.BUT CALLED ME YELLING KNOWING THAT I HAD TO HANG UP ON HER OR DIE.I called COX COMPLAIN ABOUT INCIDENTNO HELP WITH SAVING MY LIFE. NOR "DOING WHAT'S RIGHT. Fire Sue as She Wouldn't do Her Job and knew my Life was at Risk when I Hung up on her to Keep from DYING. WHEN SUE CALLED BACK KNOWING ALL THIS. I Said She Had Attempted to Take my Life. God and I know Sue Did. How can such a Contemptuos person get paid forSUCH HARASSMENT. IT'S SO WRONGContacting Department for the Healing Arts
