Total knee replacement 2019. Turned out terrible, severe pain for 2 years. Dr Womack didn’t’ want to be bothered by the problems, and mainly was seen by his PA. Turns out wrong instrumentation. Will be having revision by a different Doctor.

I had a right total knee replacement with Dr. Womack and 10 months later I am having another right total knee replacement due to poor technique/and or hardware failure. There was very little concrete placed where it should have been. I would not use him for a joint replacement.

DR WOMACK HAS REPLACED 4 OF MY MAJOR JOINTS IN THE LAST 10 YEARS I HAVE HAD BOTH SHOULDERS AND BOTH KNEES REPLACED BY THIS DR. I HAVE HAD WONDERFUL RESULTS AND REGAINED MY LIFE. I HAVE OSTEOARTHRITIS WHICH HAS ATTACKED ALL MY MAJOR JOINTS. I AM NOW NEEDING A HIP REPLACEMENT AND I AM GOING TO PUT MY CARE BACK IN DR WOMACK 'S VERY CAPABLE HANDS. A LOT OF PEOPLE TEND TO BLAME A DR. FOR THE OUTCOMES OF THEIR RECOVERY ,BUT THIS TOTALLY UP TO THE PATIENTS AND THEIR WILLINGNESS TO DO THE PHYSICAL THERAPY WORK DURING THEIR RECOVERY TIME AND MIND SET . I SAY THIS AS A PATIENT &ALSO AS A HEALTH CARE PROVIDER YOUU SEE , I AM A NURSE WHO HAS BEEN IN HEALTH CARE FOR 40 YEARS.YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR RECOVERY AND YOU GET WHAT YOU PUT IN TO YOUR RECOVERY . TO GET THE BEST OUTCOMES YOU HAVE TO GET RID OF YOUR OWN NEGATIVE FEELINGS AND THOUGHTS , GIVE 100% TO. YOUR THERAPY DO YOU EXERCISES ON THERAPY DAYS AND ON YOUR OWN TIME IN BETWEEN YOUR THERAPY APPOINTMENTS TO ACHIEVE YOUR FULL MAXIMUM RECOVERY AND TAKE BACK YOUR LIFE ! THANK YOU DR. When it comes to workmans comp....he works for the insurance company.

Had a 4 wheeler accident while visiting the lake area resulting in a broken femur. Dr Womack teleconferenced me in the ER for consultation and showed up the next morning, not only on a Sunday but fathers day, to fix me up.i know he didn't do it by himself and everyone at GVMH was great. A femur break is extremely painful and they tried to keep me comfortable with a cocktail of medicines and Dr Womack really stuck in my intoxicated mind. Great bedside and very understanding. Thank you Doc and please thank your associates, and if you have children thank them for loaning you to me on their special day.

I came in with a broken clavicle in several places. Dr. Wommack took care of me in the most professional manner. I had never had a surgery and was a little uneasy about it. He and his staff made me feel comfortable with the procedure and scheduled me in for the next day. The whole process from start to finish was the best it could of been and I am very happy about my recovery. If I ever break anything again I will return to him. Had this doctor for a workmans comp claim...he definitely works for the insurance company.. I had a dislocated ankle with open fracture. The only thing he did was remove stitches and pull the pins.. No treatment for soft tissue damage..no treatment for nerve damage...no referrals. He did give me some pain medication.. 6 months later I'm still in pain and lack movement. I've never encountered a doctor like this.... Definitely doesn't care about patients.

I used him for knee surgery and shoulder surgery and everything turned out great

I have seen and had shoulder ball and joint put in. He is kind looks at all your options explains them to you gives his recommendation. I would recommend him every day of the rest of my life.
