I am a former employee of the Columbia Orthopedic Group (COG). I worked at COG for 25 and a half years. This facility is state of the art. The people I saw as patients were amazing. The co-workers were always kind and had a smile on their face. The surgeon's are on the cutting edge (no pun intended) in their respective orthopedic subspecialties. The Surgery Center at COG, the Lodge, the pharmacy, the DME, and MRI/CT are "top notch." I have begun a new chapter in my career in Kansas City, however, I can truly say COG, and all of the "ancillaries" at COG are 5 star in my opinion. Ray Erickson former employee.

From pre-op through post-op and follow-up, Dr. Thompson and his team are personable, thoughtful, highly-skilled professionals. The entire total hip replacement process was as smooth, soul-soothing and pain-free as possible! Absolutely recommend!!!!

Having hip pain for over 5 years and being told by several doctors that there is nothing they can do, I became complacent on the fact that it is a pain I will live with for the rest of my life. But getting a second opinion with Dr. Tarbox was one of the best things that could of happened to me. He listened and showed true concern. He was able to see things that other doctors over looked. Long story short, I had tears in my ligaments and bone Spurs. I am proud to say the pain is gone and I am getting stronger every day
