i love her
She is the best doctor
Dr Hayes is a pleasant person to talk with but seems to do little in the form of hands on medicine. After four visits she still has not taken a history. I had to ask that a routine annual physical exam be given. Computer lab results are incomplete.
As an employee of a physical therapy provider, working with Dr. Hayess office is always a challenge. They are not courteous when they answer the phone (they just say cynergy and we can hardly understand them) and it is difficult to get PCP referrals and scripts from them in a timely manner. They also did not have a fax machine at one point, which is extremely inefficient and frustrating. I would not recommend anyone to this office because of the lack of professionalism of the office staff.
I first met Dr. Hayes in 2008 when she was part of a different medical group. Ill admit I didnt think she was happy in the group but she listened to me and put my medical needs first. Since she opened her medical group and i have seen her over the years I am thankful for her. She has always listened to my concerns and if I knew something wasnt right and insisted on further testing she was all in. Dr.Hayes removed a mole from my back I wanted removed because I didnt like the way it changed. I found out later the mole was melanoma. When she called to tell me this incredibly scary news (I was out of state at the time), she had already set up an appointment with the dermatologist to have an excision. Had I gone to someone else I do not believe they would remove it and I wouldnt have been diagnosed at an early stage of melanoma. She has listened to me cry and explain why I think my thyroid was low and because she listened to me we did tested which proved my concern was right. When I had plurisy and a difficult time on steriods her nurse called me several times to follow up and make sure i was okay. These are just a few of many examples I could give. Dr. Hayes listens to concerns, she cares, she puts patients first and I was so sad the last visit because I moved to the ST. LOUIS area. I am forever grateful for her help and dedication to patient care.
I really dont understand all these negative reviews. Dr Hayes and her staff have gone well above and beyond with me and my familymostly my wife and sonmore times than I could count. They follow up with phone calls just to see how you are doing and get us in for same day appts. I have never had a more positive experience with a doctor and have to believe some of these disgruntled reviewers didnt get whatever drugs they wanted or didnt want to be told that they need to eat right and exercise to be healthy? Anyway, I always recommend Dr Hayes when people ask if I know any good physicians and the people who take my advice are glad they did!
All the negative reviews for Dr. Hayes unfortunately seem quite accurate. Very unfortunate!
Doctor Hayes HAD been my primary care doctor for 5 plus years. I have had appointments at least 23 times a year with her. I saw her twice. All the other times she sent somebody else in to do HER job. Each time, her unorganized and unprofessional and rude nurse took tons of blood to run tests to figure out what was going on with me. Each time, I never got any results, even when I contacted them to get my records!!! I have had insufficient levels for god knows how long, and they never contacted me to let me know! My issues have gotten much worse and could have been fixed a long time ago if they would have just done their job in the first place! I dont even know if my blood tests were ever even looked at!! I also have to contact dr Hayes office every single time I need my birth control filled because they will not respond to my pharmacy when they fax them for it!! I have recently switched primary care doctors and I have found out more in one appointment with my new doctor then I did with dr Hayes in 5 plus years!!!!!!! Its awful that a so called doctor can have an office open and not even see patients or care enough about their patients well being to at least call them back!!!!!!!!!!! Most unorganized and rude doctor office I have ever been to. I would not use Cynergy Health under any circumstances!!!
I have seen Dr. Hayes for two years. During my initial appointment the nurse wrote my medical history on a piece of scrap paper to type into the computer later. I ended up leaving out important information without having a form to fill out. Overall, the staff is unprofessional and not discreet with personal information. Dr. Hayes thought I was a current patient at my first appointment and on my second visit did not remember me! I will be finding a different doctor. Dont be fooled by the spalike decor, look for a more professional practice.
Dr. Hayes comes across as a great doctor until you have a health problem. I had multiple symptoms continuing for months and requested blood work. Only some blood work was done even though I asked for specific tests. When I mentioned family history I was told I was too young and probably didnt have that problem but was not given diagnostic testing. I seeked a second opinion out of frustration and was correctly diagnosed within a week.
Dr. Hayes and her staff are highly competent and caring individuals. I would recommend them to ANYONE looking for new or different doctor in the MidMissouri area. Her nurse, Abby is fantastic as well.
The main receptionist is rude and illegally gives medical advice without consulting the doctor. The nurse is unprofessional at best; she talks to you expecting response when taking your blood pressurehow accurate, not! The dietitian is a joke; dont bother. Dr. Hayes seems real lax as though she will take on what you require treatment for and bill around your plans loop holes yet then she refers you out. What a crock! It has happened twice now! What a sick way to swindle money from the ill. They ask what the appointment is for when scheduling so they should honestly refer out when the issue requires specialty initially as some plans do not require referrals for all specialists!
She did an excellent job, was able to provide insights on the medication, and it was all VERY prompt (but not rushed).
Dr. Hayes has been my familys Doctor for some time now. She has always treated us with kindness and respect. We are lucky to have found her.
I was shocked by Hayes lack of professionalism and lack of interest in medicine. During my recent exam, she failed to take a health history or do a physical exam (this was the first time she had treated me!). The only question that was asked was what meds I would like refilled. She showed a lot of interest in billing for the appointment...
I was very disappointed with Dr. Hayes. Although her facility is very spalike, her nurse was very uncaring, rushing me through my symptoms. And when I called back 8 days later to let them know I wasnt better yet, the nurse said they forgot to give me the standard OTC medicine at my first visit. And despite an upcoming overseas trip, they wont do anything additional to help me get over my illness before I leave.
Dr. Hayes has been my provider for 3 years and due to the rude receptionist Im considering finding another doctor so I do not have to deal with her again. Each time I have gone into the clinic I get the feeling that Im interrupting her and always get snapped at when checking in.
