List of Landmark Hospital Pc's Reviews
This place needs to fire all employees and hire a new crew. The employees are rude, non-caring. Someone l know and love was admitted here after 4p.m. and she hadn't even been offered as much as a cracker for over 13 hours. The staff had to find and seek a wheel chair and blanket. And the blanket was as thin as a sheet.
So there are some wonderful nurses here, but some need an attitude adjustment. Ice should be readily available for patients so They don't feel intimidated to ask nurses for a cup of ice. It's really frustrating for the patient, when asking for a cup of ice, in return they get sighs or eye rolls. They're there for healing and to be cared for. Not for attitude!
Helping him to learn to speak again,I'm at a loss of what to do,he thinks it's a bad place
Everyone had given up on her, but she continued telling me that she would keep fighting and that God would take her when he was ready for her. We moved her to Landmark Critical Care Hospital in Columbia and they didn't give up on her. Between her will to live and their great care, she is still with us today. Each day is a gift. We sure are blessed. Thank you Landmark of Columbia!
Will forever give this place a 1 star rating. & y'all don't even deserve that.
My grandpa recently moved from mercy hospital in Springfield to landmark. They have done so much with him already and it’s only been two weeks. They got him talking, moving around and back to loving his life. My grandpa was at select hospital in Springfield but he got so bad there because the staff neglected their patients, that he had to be moved to mercy, he almost died. He fought really hard and stayed alive and after he got better they wanted to put him back at select but we refused. So they sent him to Columbia and he absolutely loves it their. When he FaceTimes me he tells me that he loves talking to his doctor Johnny Morris and he loves chatting with the staff. They take him to they gym everyday and work with him and he likes doing that. This hospital is all around 100% great and they treat their patients good I highly recommend it.
I was a resident here for 6 weeks, after I had 3 strokes and 3 open heart surgeries. The staff was absolutely amazing. Never a full moment. I want to go back and visit, just to thank them all for everything they did for me and helped me achieve.
During mom's stay, the nurses and doctors were wonderful. However, at the time of discharge, it was another story. We were given a pile of paperwork with no discussion. No discussion on meds and 2 were injections, which we've had no training in. I fought with prescriptions for a day just to find out 3 of them were discontinued after given the list of meds plus the scripts at the time of discharge. Felt like after the discharge papers were wrote, we weren't there problem anymore and they couldn't wait to get us out of the door. The Social Worker did stay after hours until we had the training for the TPN, which was supposed to be at 11 that morning but didn't happen until 6 that evening, then I had to pick up prescriptions and drive 2.5 hours home. I feel that the discharge procedure pertaining to medications needs to be discussed with the patient thoroughly and not given 5 pages of meds and told to go to the pharmacy (which have the meds weren't in stock). There was also no discussion on maintaining the pic line or j-tube and what to watch for if a problem should arise. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone to be honest.
My son was at landmark till his passing and they were wonderful to me and him. I thank them for the care that he received.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
