Jesse Brookshire Groh's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Groh is a wonderful doctor and a genuine person. We have been very impressed with both him and his nurse, Holly, each time we have seen them. He is very thorough with his explanations and never rushes us through our questions; always has answered any questions we have had in office. When my daughter was a newborn, he personally called us after hours to follow up on a test result. Overall, we are very happy with him as our daughter’s pediatrician!

Holly and Dr. Groh are an amazing team! They are very knowledgeable, thorough and kind. I highly recommend them.

Very pretentious office. Spare yourself the trouble. They called 5 min before our show time to tell me we couldn't be seen but was already in office. Holly made sure to let me know all the issues were because of me and was very dismissive of the fact that their office failed to see a scheduling error, called last min to cancel, etc. I jumped through hoops to get to see this Dr and had medical issues day of our initial appointment. They were 100% useless in helping with my sons medical issues when I first called which should have been my first red flag. All in all, probably a blessing in disguise and I'm glad I could waste another appointment slot and spare another poor soul the trouble.

Dr. Groh follows a “take it or leave it” policy. As a parent, I feel I’ve earned the right to have discussions and make decisions I feel are best for my child. He did not have empathy nor understanding that not all parents want to treat their children the same. Will not return.

Love Dr. Groh and his staff. Couldn’t imagine taking my baby anywhere else!

Dr. Groh is the most amazing, caring, compassionate doctor. My son was near death in the hospital last year and Dr. Groh called me personally everyday sometimes more than once a day to talk about what was going on, listened to me and gave his advice. I don't know any other pediatricians that would do that. It really was comforting knowing his Dr cared and was on our side. Also his nurses and phone staff are so amazing. If I call they spend the time on the phone with me addressing my concerns. You can tell they all care and I appreciate them so much!!!

Of all the medical providers I have seen and brought my children to see, Mercy has topped them all. Especially Dr. Groh and the entire staff. This is a team that truly understands the needs of the children and the parents. I've never felt rushed and they spend however much time is needed answering any questions, teaching me about my children's conditions, going over options, and next steps. Everyone has not only been friendly but enthusiastic during each appointment. The office has always responded fairly quickly to MyMercy messages and voice-mails as well as getting us in for those spontaneous sick appointments. Im so grateful for Dr. Groh and the staff.
