Aria Cosmetic Surgery's Online Review Report Card

I would give no stars if I could. First, you do not meet with the surgeon until surgery day which should’ve been my first red flag. I was incredibly unhappy with my breast aug and Dr. porchinsky promised he would fix them as I cried in his office. Suddenly, I have a quote for almost $3,000 more and he “can’t do anything about what corporate decides”. Moral of the story, go to a more expensive place and have them done right the first time. I’ll be paying for someone else to fix them.

I had a tummy tuck at Aria Cosmetic Surgery. DR. Porshinsky did an amazing job. I had a large weight loss, and with the weight loss and lifestyle change the Surgery has made so much difference in my day to day life and overall appearance. The prices were great and were incomparable to any of the other quotes that I had recieved. I would highly recommend this Doctor for your next procedure.

I went to Aria Cosmetic surgery for a breast lift with Dr. Porshinsky and had an amazing experience! The staff are all wonderful, the prices can’t be beat, and my results are better than I could’ve imagined. I cannot wait for my beach vacation in the spring, I’m actually looking forward to getting new swimsuits!

Minimal difference.

I gave this rating because I would have liked to have met with the surgeon before my procedure. I didn't meet him until the morning of, and so was not 100% sure what to expect with results. I do understand this is necessary for the company to offer the procedures at the affordable rates they have. The surgeon is constantly in the OR with so time to meet with patients considering surgery. My other reason for not giving a higher rating is I was told initially I would be the first case, and day of surgery I was moved to the second, then the last case. It felt rushed to wake me up and get me out so the staff could go home I get it, everyone was tired, but I could have used more time to recover. I am mostly happy with my results, I got a tummy tuck, lipo 360 and breast lift. Maybe I had too high of expectations of the liposuction but i do feel there is some asymmetry with the lipo leaving a very contured region just above my buttock with what I feel as excess flank fat above leaving unpleasant folds and lines. I can't help but wonder if I was able to meet with the surgeon before I could have had a better understanding of what to expect. My breasts are perkier, my tummy is flatter and I was able to afford to stay in St. Louis where I'm comfortable, so I'm not trying to complain too much. I would recommend Aria, but would also recommend you do your research and come prepared to ask questions inorder to have the best experience.

I had abdominal lipo and skin trim. My experience was great, everyone is nice and helpful. Everyone listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I am 4 days post op, and feeling great, excited to see the end results once all healed up.

Dr Porshinsky with Aria Cosmetcs does amazing work. From my first consultation to my 3 month followup yesterday, this experience has been life changing. The whole team at Aria genuinely care about each individual patient. I learned about this company on a Facebook post. I am glad I made that call. Every visit I've had has been a great experience. I can’t even begin to express how life-changing my mommy makeover at Aria cosmetic surgery has been for me. Dr. Porshinsky is absolutely amazing. After years of feeling uncomfortable in my own skin, being a single mom I decided to do something for myself. I am honestly overwhelmed with gratitude for the experience. Walking into Aria I was nervous, hopeful, and a little scared. I’ve heard of people traveling to Miami, the DR or Tijuana because they thought that this was the only way to get results without spending a fortune. I almost thought I’d have to do the same but the moment I stepped into aria I felt this sense of reassurance like I was in the right place. Hannah treated me with so much kindness, respect, and care. She didn’t make me feel rushed judged or I was like just another patient on their schedule. She and the doctor really listen to what I wanted, that meant more to me than I can put into words. And the fact that everything, the consultation, the support the surgery was all under $10,000. Still blows my mind to get this incredible transformation without the need to travel or take the risk far from home. It honestly feels like a blessing. The massages are completed there as well, Tracy is amazing! After recovering, about the 3month mark, I was so happy because I finally felt like me again. Aria didn’t just give me a makeover. They gave me back a version of myself. I thought I’d never seen it again. And the fact that I didn’t have to fly across the country or leave this country for this kind of artistry makes it even more meaningful. If anyone is struggling with their post baby body feeling and unsure about where to go. I just wanna say this you don’t always have to chase the hype or trouble far away to find excellence. Sometimes the place that will change your life is closer than you think. Aria cosmetic surgery did that for me and I’m truly thankful for Dr. Porshinsky and all the staff!!

Had my surgery on 11/20/2025. What an amazing experience from start to finish. To Hannah the surgical consultant to the nurses and everyone else the experience has been amazing. Dr. Porshinsky truly cares about his patients and makes the process a breeze! I look forward to the months to come and my amazing results!!!
