I hurt my arm lifting a heavy concrete flower pot. I decided to let it heal on it's own and instead of getting better, it got worse over time and after two months it bothered me to lift a coffee cup. I went to CORA (my therapist was Katie) and after just a two sessions it started feeling better and after a couple of weeks I had no more pain. Cannot recommend them more highly. Very profession, very friendly, explained everything clearly. My doctor thought I would ultimately need an MRI, but that is now unnecessary since it is healed through therapy. I don't want to have another injury, but if I do, they have a customer for life.

I absolutely love ❤️ everyone here! They are very professional as well as genuine caring people.. the process is awesome and I applaud the entire staff! Melissa, Shane, Casey , Rachel, and Danielle from O’Fallon was totally 💯… I recommend Cora for your therapy needs!!

The experience at this clinic is above expectations every time. Exceptional treatment plans and great staff. From Melissa’s expert customer management and flexible scheduling (and rescheduling when needed), to Tiffany’s expertise, extensive knowledge, and attentive patient care, the overall experience is outstanding. Would recommend to anyone I know. And the recent addition of the TV was a great touch, just upgrade it to a 50in and we’re in business 😏

All The PT's and PTA's are always doing their best to help get everyone better. Tiffany the PTA is Amazing with patients here as well as Shane the PT. Very fun atmosphere, very upbeat and energetic! If you want to get better this is the place to go!

This place is fantastic! The therapists are patient, kind, and pay a lot of attention to their patients. The clinic is clean and spacious. The therapists also treat everyone like family and are always attentive to everyone's needs. Shane and Tiffany are two exceptional therapists. They are knowledgeable and go above and beyond with their treatment. In addition, the front desk, Melissa, is very nice and welcoming. She makes me feel happy when entering the clinic. This is a great place, and I 100% recommend it!
