I'am a nurse myself. I have watched Dr Francel perform magic on patients in the ER. He put faces back together that I couldn't tell what was what before he started. In addition I have sent several of my patients to Dr Francel after other doctors have done horrible things to them. Implants flipping over, incisions that wouldn't heal, wounds that would open up, infections etc. Dr Francel saw everyone of them. He is a specialist in correcting other Drs mistakes. He would be my go to guy if I needed any sort of plastic surgery. I have never met a more caring, honest and compassionate doctor than Tom Francel.

When Dr. Christina Robins sent me to Dr Francel and told me that I would be extremely well cared for, listened to, understood and unbelievably happy - I’ll be honest I did not believe her!!! An I put this doctor on a pedestal!!! From the moment I met him along with his amazing family (staff and family) I knew I was hooked! But you could not have prepared me for the instrumental role the entire group would play in not only my life but my entire families life and everyone we’ve sent his way!!! When I tell you this man and his group saved my life more than once I’m not exaggerating even a tiny bit!!! Dr Francel and his staff invest in his patients. They go above and beyond to ensure you know you are safe!!! All I know is I’m very blessed and I trust him with everything I have inside me!!! Thank you for giving me a new lease on life, for dealing with my uncertainty, my anxiety and good Lord all my tears!!!! Thank you for caring even when your job was done, for introducing me to some extraordinary doctors an surgeons that would swoop in an follow your lead!!! I thank God everyday for knowing I needed you!!

Absolutely an amazing experience. I searched around to so many surgeons and Thomas Francel was absolutely amazing. He was always there to answer my questions even when it was after hours. The staff where also very comforting. Surgeries received was a breast augmentation and a tummy tuck. 5 STARS ALL AROUND

i had a consultation with dr francel and having surgery with him coming up in august he bedside manner is amazing and he makes you feel very comfortable with him as soon as me and my boyfriend left we knew exactly that he was the surgeon that we wanted i cant wait to see the end results

I received a breast reduction, breast lift and lipo from Dr Francel. He made me feel so comfortable. Once surgery was completed he followed up and keeps checking his work. I had no issues, he did a fantastic job! I was not bruised and so sore after the procedure like most people are. He is very gentle but it is still effective. I have recommended him to several family and friends and will go back to him with ANY needs!! He actually did some Botox on my face and I loved it. It looked real and last a long time. I was a bit concerned going anywhere else and so thankful Dr. Francel took care of me!!

Just had a consultation with Dr francel today. So refreshing to have a doctor take time to engage with his patients! The only thing negative was how frigid cold Mary at the front desk was.

Dr Francel’s beside manners are impeccable! He is honest, kind and puts his patients first!!!
