Very Professional staff. From the front desk to the nurses and doctors. They treated me and my wife great. The whole experience was probably one of the best overall Urgent Care experiences I’ve had thus far. They expressed genuine concern and were very thorough.

On Saturday, I went to the urgent care in Creve Coeur to get a Covid test. I had tried different pharmacies in St Louis to schedule an appointment but I had no luck. The staff at TAUC was very patient I was not aware that I had to sign up on their website but the young lady at the front desk put my name on the waiting list and told me to expect a message when I was second on the list. It was a long wait but I was able to check my status on my phone. After I arrived at the clinic it was fast. They did the covid test and gave me the results in a few minutes. I am very grateful to the entire staff at TAUC for being so kind and helpful.

Every staff member treated me kindly and with dignity. I actually felt as though the attending physician (Dawn) was compassionate!

The entire staff at Total Access Urgent Care is friendly and the physician I saw was thorough and helpful. He was able to put my mind at ease and advised me of my condition and how to effectively treat my symptoms at home. I would recommend this clinic for anyone, when they have a medical issue that does not require a trip to the emergency room.

I arrived at Total Access with an injury. After being told by another urgent care facility that there is no prioritizing injuries over Covid testing, and I had a wound with a lot of swelling, I tried Total Access. I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were incredibly kind and quick with getting me admitted. They prioritized this injury and quickly put me into a trauma room. They were very thorough, and everyone I dealt with was absolutely pleasant. I also liked that they had those waiting for Covid testing to stay in their cars and they called them in, rather than a crowded waiting room full of potentially sick patients. I highly recommend Total Access!

The staff is top notch. They kept me informed at every turn. Gave me updates. Even in a busy time, the doctor was very attentive, respectful and also was funny and made a couple of jokes that put us at ease. I would recommend.

The team was helpful in adding me to the wait list. The process was smooth and the results were quick.

The staff is always courteous and friendly and quickly attends to their patients. The doctors don’t talk like doctors meaning they don’t talk over your head and are very forthcoming with any questions you may have. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone.
