upon first hearing that I needed cataract surgery, my anxiety level was at a 7 or 8 even though everyone I knew who had the surgery said it was no big deal. fortunately, Dr. Lee has dealt with many people like me. after my consultation with him, my anxiety went down to a 2 or 3. He was very good at explaining the process in terms I could understand and feel comfortable with. his entire staff kept me informed (along with my designated driver) during the entire process along with making me feel comfortable every step of the procedure. it is amazing how much better I can see after the surgery. based on this experience with Dr. Lee and his team, I am having the other eye done sooner than later.

It seemed to be a collective effort by all staff to deliver an exceptional client experience! From beginning to the end of my visit the transition from one person to another was seamless & comforting. Knowing I have to have surgery on my eyes I was a bit nervous but everyone seemed patient & kind. I was given detailed i information about my condition. They were even thorough in explaining & preparing me for the pre & post surgery. No negative vibes rubbed off on me that day, Everyone seemed to be having a great day, this is the way I love to feel going into any business! Who needs rudeness & more importantly you can’t be in the caring business & not care! I feel safe going through my procedure with Dr Lee & his staff. If the rest of my visits are as good as my initial one, I’m sure I’ll be in good hands from here on out.❤️
