Total Access is the BEST urgent care I’ve ever used. I can’t say enough good about it. Making an appointment is simple. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. It is extremely professional and well run. You will NOT be sitting in the waiting room for two hours as I have experienced at other urgent care facilities.I have been to two different Total Access facilities and they were both outstanding! If you need urgent care, this is the place to go!

The staff at this location was friendly and quick. I've had bad experiences with other TAUC locations, but this one was great! I had an appointment for a rapid COVID test (for exposure and not experiencing symptoms) and they got me in and out quickly. Honestly I feel like they were just doing their jobs, being friendly, and communicating, which goes a long way. (•‿•)

I was able to get my daughter tested for Covid (asymptomatic but in contact with someone who tested positive). It was a well oiled machine and everyone there was pleasant and helpful.

I had a trip scheduled to Brazil and needed to be tested for COVID-19. I setup my PCR test at Walgreens 72-hours in advance of my trip as required. On the day scheduled, I showed up, they collected my sample, and only after that they told me the results would be available in 3 to 5 days! Well, that was an issue, my flight would be leaving in 3 days, so I decided to setup a PCR rapid test at TAUC 24 hours before my flight. It was so easy, so simple and I got out of there with my negative result in no time. Shame on me, next time I will setup my PCR test with TAUC for sure and forget Walgreens. Thank you TAUC for the great job!

Super convenient to make an online appointment for COVID testing especially getting up early to see the online calendar. Got timely confirmations and reminders.Once there, staff was friendly and professional, taking great safety precautions and answering all questions. I did not feel like just a number but did move through the process quickly and thoroughly.Granted I was there at 6:15 AM but appreciate how things ran smoothly. Highly recommend
