I was struggling to find a med spa to receive Botox on short notice before a vacation. All the places I called in Jacksonville with exception of VIO Medspa were booked up for weeks. I now know why. I usually get a max of 50 units of Botox. I have fairly smooth skin and not a lot of natural wrinkles. I was surprised when the treatment person suggested I get 60 units of Botox. I just went with it. I noticed that the treatment did not work within 14 days. I still had my " 11s" and movement in my forehead. This has only happened to me one other time over several years of getting treatment. That one other time they felt terrible and touched me up free of charge. This time after paying a premium for Botox and when I say premium I mean 25% more than others in Jax advertising for the same product I had to pay an additional $240 this morning. I was shocked that they asked me to pay for the touch up when clearly either they missed the mark or the product was not up to par or the product was over diluted. They tried to tell me it was my body but after 10 years of getting the service it is clear to me they are cutting corners. For me this is a principal issue. Deliver good service and I'm happy to pay, even a premium. I do however cannot subscribe to overpaying for substandard service. I don't know if this is VIO Med Spa policy or franchise ownership policy but I would suggest that they treat people correctly the first time. Needless to say I would suggest going elsewhere for service. The staff is all polite so I'm taking the position this is a policy issue and strongly suggest they course correct quickly.

I received a Signature facial at VIO Med Spa with Hannah and it was amazing. From the moment I walked into the door until I left, I was treated so well. Before starting my service, Hannah did a brief consultation and then explained exactly what she planned to do. There was soft music playing during my service which helped me to relax. I highly recommend the spa. You won't regret your decision.

I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my facial appointment yesterday. Hannah welcomed me in with a friendly smile. First Impressions count so much! Hannah asked me different kinds of questions to accurately categorise my skin type and which products will help me with my acne. She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease. I was pretty impressed with the final result. I could see immediate results in skin brightness and overall pigmentation. My acne was soothed and looks 10x better this morning! My skin feels and looks gorgeous. I am beyond satisfied with the facial I received. I left V/O feeling positive and confident! Highly recommend Hannah and the OxyGeneo Facial!

Save yourself the headache and do NOT go to VIO Med Spa in Solon. Their business is shady and unethical, not to mention they have the WORST customer service.
