The help and the information was great this place makes you fill welcome works with you financially and shares lots of important information about what's going on in side your ear. Also it is a very clean and well kept facility that offers good tea and coffee if you should have to wait my time in and out was about 40 min and I had serious problems and he worked fast and diligent and I was 100 percent pleased

Everyone was very knowledgeable ,professional and pleasant. I did not feel pressured into purchasing hearing aides at all. And when my decision was final, I was not pressured into purchasing most expensive kind.

I felt like I had known the staff in this office for years. Both Ron and his receptionist/assistant are warm and welcoming professional. I didn't feel pressured to buy, and all my concerns were addressed

My hearing aids were not working properly and needed to be adjusted. I walked in without an appointment and explained my situation. The receptionist was friendly and immediately began cleaning my hearing aids. I sat for about five minutes until the Dr. was finished with another customer. She promptly started working to get my hearing aids working properly and only took about ten minutes to get me on my way. Great job!

Ron did a fine job testing my hearing and we landed on new model Signia aids, which I got yesterday. Lack of clarity with my insurance was a problem, which ended up costing me more out of pocket. I feel reasonably assured that I will have great service over the life of my new hearing aids.
