Very slow service even if you make a appointment online for a certain time! I still had to wait 3+ hours it was ridiculous especially with a baby! I probably would of gotten in faster at the urgent care down the road or ER

I was misdiagnosed by a dermatologist… Suffered with the condition that should’ve been easily cleaned up… You can’t clean up what you don’t know… Gabrielle Lauf… was the one who gave me the diagnosis… because she had Great observation skills I’m on my road to recovery and I’ve suffered with this for over a year… not serious but very uncomfortable in many ways… Thank you Gabrielle… God bless you and thank you for people like you that are willing to use your scientific skills and not go by biases that were not actually founded on what they saw, because they refused to see though they had eyes to see with!

What a joke! The receptionist was unprofessional. While she was helping someone, she stops to have a full conversation with me about what i was there for. What happened to privacy??? Apprently Nova doesn't follow privacy guidelinesDont use this location. I sure wont be!
