Very little wait. And the nurse and PA were both attentive and efficient.

I was in horrible shape and on "vacation". This place took amazing care of me and got me ehat I needed to ensure I felt better!

Never again! $485.79 for a 5 minute appointment. She looked in my eye and found nothing in it. Wrote a prescription. ( Of course she sent it to the wrong pharmacy, sent me on a wild goose chase). I'd rather die than go back there again. No wonder the lobby was empty. Thieves! In response, you charged the insurance company almost $100 a minute. Let's see, at that rate, so for sending me on a wild goose chase to a pharmacy in Barger that calculates to what about $3500 give or take? And hmmm, what should I charge for mileage? Like I said, never again...

The checkin line was short, I was in a room within a few minutes. I thought the doctor and staff were great. They listened, investigate, and reported on the problem very quickly. Very happy with the treatment.

Initially I thought this was going to be a good Clinic. 1st visit was good. 2 weeks later I contacted Dr office. Took me me 3 call backs to find the Dr just noted my chart of his response to my call. NEVER received any calls back. Later trying to get Rx refills, was a nightmare. Took about 5 trips to pharmacy to see it was called in wrong.If you can go to a different Clinic, I would RECOMMEND you AVOID all NOVA HEALTH Clinics !!

Young lady at the Front desk was rude. Nurse and PA were nice but PA didn’t think much of my situation because he couldn’t see it on an X-ray. Didn’t prescribe correct medication for the injuries confirmed by the medical staff. when I called back to have someone review my record and prescribe Actual pain medication that would help, Nova simply said they don’t prescribe narcotics which is why I wasn’t given any for my separated shoulder. I was up all night in pain. And still am Despite taking tizanidine which doesn’t work well for me. Other than downplaying whiplash That I am still suffering from, not much came of the appointment. Will not go to nova again. I’m sure this review will be logged under drug seeking behavior.

I had my first appt. with Dr. McEwen in September of 2021. That appt. was to establish care and to hopefully have him take over my medication management from a very poor provider I was seeing via zoom. Within literally about five minutes the doctor had addressed my numerous conditions and had a plan in place. Fast forward a bit, my severe struggle with binge-eating disorder went into remission and has stayed there. The medication he prescribed did the trick. I am crossing my fingers that it is everlasting. I am so grateful for Dr. McEwen. I would not be where I am today without him. It's as simple as that. Thank you, doc!Now to his nurse, Ashlyn! She is an amazing person in every way! Kind, empathetic, funny, professional, skilled, knowledgeable, etc. Top-notch!!! Awesome awesome awesome! She radiates sunshine!! Thank you, Ashlyn! You rock!And, to top it off, there is Makenzie up in the front of the office! Amazing! Professional, kind, funny, and another person who radiates sunshine!I cannot thank you all enough for what you do and who you are! Bravo!!! You are the best of the best!

I experienced a short wait time and very friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff. My injured hand was treated rapidly and very carefully and with minimal pain I can thoroughly recommend this urgent care facility.

Scheduling an appointment was easy online. I did first call ahead to see which location(s) were doing x-rays that day. Uploaded my ID and insurance card. Check-in at the location was easy and I was seen in an acceptable time from my appointment. The PA was very personable and professional. The RT was also great! In and out and confident in the care I received.
