The staff at the Nova Urgent Care on 13th in Eugene were very friendly and accommodating. I signed in and needed to pick up my grandson before they could see me. They indicated on my chart when I would return and they took me right in when I returned. The receptionist, nurse, and PA we're all friendly and they took great care of me. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.

Helpful and I feel like I got lucky because I filled out paperwork and had an appt less than an hour later. Got my prescription within the day and everyone was very nice during the process.

Don't ever go to PeaceHealth Urgent Care. Nova is the way to go until the end of time

I would certainly not recommend this location. I waited for 2 hours, in that time not a single person who was already there when I showed up was taken back to see anyone. There was 1 person ahead of me and 4 people behind, and when I left they were still sitting in line waiting. And each person who walked through the door was assured it would only be an hour wait. Atleast be honest.

Dr. Rachel Nosce had been my medical provider for many years and my recent appointment was excellent. She answered all my questions, listened carefully to my concerns, and addressed them all. She is thorough and cares about her patients. I highly recommend her.

It was my first time visiting this place and the entire staff was super kind and helpful to me. They really helped me find out quick what was making me sick and were very detailed about instructions and any questions I had. Would definitely recommend

Dr. Nosce is excellent! She has been my PCP for many years. She takes the time needed to be both complete and thorough and I have never felt rushed. She explains things in a clear concise way. She does not hesitate to refer to a specialist if needed. Would very highly recommend her to anyone.
