Will not return phone calls. People are at the mercy of doctors anymore. I really think most of them only care about the almighty dollar and that's it.

Justin the main provider was very accommodating with personally setting up an apt for my daughter to get a rapid covid test the next day. Upon arrival, Glen the NP was so sweet and came to our car to give the test to our child with no issues. I highly recommend!

Doctor Roberts was ok and seemed interested in trying to help me and was even going to do surgery at a later date but that is where the good ended. No communication from him or his office they just left me hanging. Had to find another ent 30 miles away. I figured he was just too busy to be bothered with me. Never have had a doctors office just write me off after one visit.

He is really good with children. Two of my children had tonsillectomies and he performed the surgeries. He takes time to educate his patients.
