Discrimination is likely what you will face when seeing this doctor. She is also definitely one of those doctors who are only in it for the money. She will charge you for no reason and then send you on your way without offering any help or guidance.

Dr. Brochures (formally Hartel) was the reason I finally decided to go to St. Louis. I had been a patient of hers when she was at Ladies First. I had ended my birth control wanting to start trying to have a baby. Months went by without my body regulating. I expressed my concerns to her and she kept telling my body was just still adjusting. I get it takes a little time to adjust, but this had been long enough. Without doing a single blood test or ultrasound on me, she gave me Clomid. I tried calling her office 3 different times to get a refill. No response. My body reacted in a horrible way. I thought I was hemorrhaging. That was my breaking point. My very 1st visit with my MOBAP OB, they did blood work and an ultrasound. They were the ones that discovered I have PCOS. Who knows how long I would have went undiagnosed if I would have stayed with her. I know there is good an bad that comes with every DR, just thought I would share my experience.

She delivered both of my children and was absolutely wonderful. My fiancee and I decided to turn down a promotion so she could deliver our daughter. Her staff isn't always the friendliest but I understand seeing some of the people they deal with on a daily basis. Dr. Borchers is always as friendly as can be and has gone above and beyond for us several times. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

I absolutely love Dr. Borchers and her team! They are busy but they always make sure to treat us with full attention and almost like family. They really listen to what we need and my only complaint would be that they are sometimes hard to get into but if I need to be seen, they always make time.

This doctor and her office is a complete joke! Numerous times our phone calls have gone unanswered. Her office doesn't fill you in on test results unless you call and even then you can expect no returned phone call. Terrible doctor for being affiliated with Barnes in St. Louis. If I could I would give negative stars. AVOID at all costs.

Dr. Hartel/Borchers recently delivered my grandson. I loved the way she treated both my daughter and grandson. She is very attentive. She takes time to listen and answer questions. The office visits we have had since his birth have also been an excellent experience. We have been taken back for the appointment and treated promptly. I would be happy to recommend this physician to others.

Dr.hartel is a wonder doctor.her staff is another story her receptionist. Is very rude when trying 2 make an appoint for ur sick child.
