Ur in the waiting room up to 7 hrs. The doctors are rude. I had a goose size egg in my lung. The doctor told me I definitely had cancer in my lungs. He tells me i have cancer and would not stop and talk to me about it. Not even for a minute. It took me over 2 months to get a appointment with a specialist. The specialist did a biopsy and it was puss not cancer. I had pneumonia. I was so scared that I had cancer and didn't have it.

From the time my elderly mother was admitted last weekend due to a fall, throughout her stay and follow-up, I found Parklands Hospital staff to be some of the most helpful I have ever come across. Dr. Williams was very personable, helpful and patient. When we were having difficulty arranging follow-up care at another clinic on file, case worker Emily not only arranged for a convenient follow-up appointment at the hospital, but also emailed some other very useful information related to my mother's situation. If I had written down more names of helpful staff who strove to provide excellent service, I would definitely include them here.

Nurses are rude, doctors are ignorant. Everyone here got their licenses out of a Cracker Jack box. Bunch of quacks. If you value your life go to a hospital up in the city, not here.

My husband had a fall recently and was taken to ER, our nurse was Katie, she was very caring. She truly cares for her patients, not just a job. She was our angel that night. 5 stars for Katie. I'm very grateful She was our Sue Berry

Is there a button for negative stars?? I don't want to even give them one star. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. Save your time and more than likely your life, and go to any other hospital, even a animal hospital would be better.
