I have been seeing her for several years. I find her understanding and very helpful. I have never had a problem making an appointment and she always returns my requests promptly. She never rushes my appointment. She listens and answers all my questions.
Ive seen Dr Buckley for years and love her. I never wait long for an appointment and she always takes time to listen.
I’ve seen Dr, Buckley once. She seems like a decent doctor. Unfortunately, it’s very hard to get an appointment. Now, on three different occasions I was unable to get in as a sick patient. There are no other doctors to help in her office nor are there nurses to offer advice. If you are Buckley’s patient, you are in your own.
Dr. Buckley needs to get better skilled help. I had my blood drawn and the girl did a terrible job drawing blood. I had a huge bruise and knot for a week, like the other review I read. I used to inject patients and I never missed the vein. The worker didn’t do anything to get the vein to dilate, like opening and closing your fist, or lightly tapping the arm. These are simple phlebotomy strategies. Also, the worker couldn’t do a throat culture correctly and blamed me. A few days later, I had an emergency and the office didn’t see me, but rather ordered a prescription by phone. I very clearly told them I was having trouble breathing and couldn’t get my breath. Oddly, I was told to exercise 30 minutes a day. Two days later I had to go to acute care and was diagnosed with double pneumonia. How does one exercise for 30 minutes when they can’t even breath? I realize doctors can be overworked. Prior to this experience I was satisfied with doctor Buckley, and the receptionists, but not the o
Most unreliable doctor i have ever seen. I saw Dr. Buckley as i was light headed, throwing up and passing out. SHE diagnosed me as having the flu, later that evening the ER diagnosed me as a diabetic...blood sugar of 572. I was a patient for over 2 years and kept telling her i thought i was...she insisted i wasnt, stating blood work was fine. After the ER visit i switched doctors and the new doctor received my records from Dr. Buckleys office...their FIRST question was what diabetis medication are you on? The NEW doctor told me according to my records they had received i had been a diabetic for over 2 years. PLEASE do your research, do NOT listen to the flowery words and smiling face... noone should have to go through what i have to due to being lied too...i almost died.
Dr. Buckley is extremely knowledgeable and takes as much time as you need with any questions or concerns you may have. I always feel very comfortable with her. I have and will continue to recommend her.
Buckley is fine to diagnose your sore throat but don’t her to expect to help you with any serious health problems. She will never advocate for you, or even give a good referral. I can diagnose as well with no medical review.
She is fine if you have something simple to diagnose. Don’t expect her to give you a referral or deal with any health issue with even a degree of complication. Not trustworthy.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Buckley last week. It was SO refreshing to finally find a Dr. who wasnt involved in a large conglomerate of Doctors. There are four MDs in the office. She takes time and listens, very intenty, to your thoughts and concerns. SHE GETS THINGS DONE! My last Dr. was unable to get me an MRI saying the Insurance Co. would not approve it. Dr. Buckley requested it and I will be getting the MRI this Tues. I am very impressed by Dr. Buckley. So far she is the best Dr.!
Dr. Buckley is a great doctor. She truly listens to your concerns, and finds the best approach in helping your condition. She makes you feel comfortable, and really takes her time during your visit! I have been to her twice, and had to reach out to her during non business hours, and she called me and addressed the issue, instead of the MA! I’m so happy I found the doctor who is right for me. I highly recommend her & the office.
The staff lacks customer service. I pay with my DC or HSA card each time I go. The last time I went they said they charged me too much, I had a credit on there & said dont worry about paying. Next time I call & say I cant find my HSA card can you bill me? No have to have payment at time of service I ask different options a way to work out anything so I can be seen she kept repeating herself like a robot. No have to have payment at time of service They have lost a good paying patient.
Dr. Buckley is my primary care physician for the last 4 years. I am very pleased with her care. She proactively follows/reviews my medical record and ensures that I do not miss annual check ups. She is a good listener and genuinely seems interested in the issues that concern her patients. If you need care beyond her area of expertise she expeditiously gets you a referral to the right physician to treat the problem. I have referred many family members to Dr. Buckley & all very satisfied.
I have recommended a couple of friends to Dr. Buckley and they are very happy, as am I, with the experience had with her and the office staff. Dr. Buckley is down to earth, knowledgeable, caring and passionate about her work and making sure her patients are given the best care possible.
As a patient of Dr. Buckley for at least 4 years with not a single problem. I actually called and scheduled an appointment since I had not received a call back from the message I left 6 days prior, which I did. No sooner than I hung up I got a call back from the other lady I am told after the fact is the office manager and she was very, very, very rude. I called a week prior to this incident to explain due to emergency reasons I had missed my appointment that was just 2 hours earlier in that day and was wanting to reschedule. Like I already stated, I called back 6 days later after not hearing back yet and rescheduled thanked the lady and hung up. Almost immediately I got a call back and the rude lady who found it her job to repeatedly tell me I needed to be mindful of other peoples time, but when something comes up that is an emergency it is beyond your control what is happening. I tried to explain the emergency and asked if the message service was checked from the previous week when I called about missing the appointment. She never answered but told me again and again and again I needed to be mindful. She tried to tell me I had been a no call no show for many other appointments this year at which I reminded her I see the Dr. once every six months and this was pertaining to my second visit this year, and btw I did not miss the first appointment that was six months ago. She kept telling me to be mindful and finally when I tried to explain that I was mindfuI I decided it was best to politely tell her the conversation was not going anywhere and I would call back later. I called back to verify my new appointment time and ask what the other thing was she said earlier she needed to discuss with me. She then laughed at me, told me my appointment was still scheduled then when I asked what the second thing was she had to speak to me about said she was done talking to me and hung up. Four days later I got a certified letter in the mail stating due to my being disrespectful to the staff and not following my treatment plan (missing that one appointment due to the emergency dental appointment I let them know about) The Dr. felt it best if I find a different Dr. I then went in 3 days after for my scheduled appointment because I never got a call to verify it was canceled even though I was the one told I needed to be mindful of other peoples time. I guess they figure their time is more valuable that mine and when I got there Dr. Buckley refused to see me. I then asked the receptionist if I could at least speak to her for 1 min being I was there for an appointment I thought was still scheduled and didnt think she would be busy seeing anyone since it was my appointment time and she refused. I also asked if I should call because I really wanted to ask what made her decide to send me that latter that stated I was disrespectful, which I was not in anyway shape or form and wanted to know what she was told that would have differed from the truth. I was disrespected by being laughed at, talked down to and hung up on by this office manager and her unprofessional manner and simply because I am a mindful person and a very respectful person felt I was owed at least an explanation for what I found to be lies that were passed along to her by the office manager. I was not going to ask her to keep me as a patient, just wanted to know what was passed along to her that would have justified saying I was disrespectful in that letter. If I had done something disrespectful I would not question it but being that I did nothing I feel that the Dr. came to a conclusion solely based to what story her office personnel made up and I dont think it is right for someone to call me disrespectful from here say and go as far as to discontinue treatment after 45 years due to 2 phone calls that I was mistreated during and whatever else that receptionist/office lady had against me after talking to me twice on the phone. I have taken this time to write this in hopes that no one has to go through what I have from this rude receptionist and also know that if a lie is told about you to the Dr. she will not take two seconds of her day to hear from you. Even though it was listed that I didnt stick to the treatment plan, I was the one there on time for my last appointment and she refused to see me, talk to me and I was told if I called she probably would not return my call. No one should have to deal with such unprofessional rude staff that will call you names, laugh at you and then hang up on you when trying to make an appointment to see their doctor. A Dr. patient relationship is important, this is someone I trusted, but now I am left with the feeling of abandonment, or betrayal and not a feeling of closure since I was not able to tell the Dr. my side of the story. Does the doctor even care about her patients if shes not willing to listen to what they have to say? I think not.
Dr. Buckley is ok. Then I encountered the office manager on the phone who was so rude to me, laughed at me, talked down to me and hung up on me. I was sent a letter stating due to me being disrespectful to the staff Dr. Buckley would no longer see me as her patient. I went in to speak with Dr. Buckley at my scheduled appt. to see what was told to her because I was never disrespectful in any way on the phone, she refused to talk to me and I was told she will not return my calls. What a joke!
Ive been a patient of dr. Buckley for twoandahalf years end she goes above and beyond in her medical profession
I have only been 1 time with Dr.Buckley but it was a great visit, She made me feel very comfortable and took time with me. She is very kind, I have tried a lot of Drs and could not find one that was actually a real Dr and not a nurse practitioner, I plan on staying with her as long as she is around.
Dr. Buckley is always there when I need her. Her staff and her are quick and I trust them with all of my health decisions. My whole family goes to her, and I wouldnt want it any other way.
I recently had a new patient exam with Dr. Buckley and I really liked her and felt confident with the choice Ive made, in choosing a new PCP. Her office staff was very nice and accommodating and the office itself was very clean and up to date. I read all of the reviews prior to choosing this doctor and for the most part, they were very positive. The few (shallow complaints) that I read; were not at all true. Dr. Buckley is very well put together and her office staff are polite and efficient.
She is a very intellegent woman who has an ease that makes me feel comfortable telling her everything. I have been visiting her for at least ten years, and I am a patient who often makes unhealthy life choices, but Dr. Buckley deals with me professionally and calls when I need to visit. Many doctors before her have made me feel guilty, and they didnt really care. Dr. Buckley cares, and she will religiously follow through with your health care needs.
