Whatever you do do not get your tonsils out with dr Pugliano! I had my tonsils removed by this doctor four years ago and have been left with everlasting tinnitus and severe jaw pain since, and it has really impacted my life in a negative way. At the follow up appointment after the surgery the doctor could or would not give me any answers on how the ringing in my ears could have happened, and told me that it "might" go away in six months, but four years later i'm still hoping I am not stuck with this for my entire life . If i could go back I wish I would have known that this was a possibility from surgery and asked specifically how to make sure this wouldn't happen.

It was a very unsatisfactory experience. The doctor spent 10 minutes with me trying to speak of procedures which he himself did not seem convinced about. Their charges were exorbitant and once I resigned myself to making the payment, the payment was the most time consuming part. Very unresponsive staff. Recommend avoiding this doctor

i had a great experience with dr pugliano, i feel much better after being diagnosed and treated for acid reflux. his demeanor was very kind and his staff was just as awesome

By far, one of the best and most knowledgeable ENT physicians. He was able to diagnose me quickly and completed the treatment for my vertigo in office. I would highly recommend Dr. Pugliano and his staff!

although my sudden hearing loss cannot be explained and may be permanent, dr pugliano was able to quickly have me tested to find out if i had blood clots or tumors that could be responsible and or life threatening. he grew frustrated with my constant questioning, but kept smiling and doing his best to help both my condition and attitude. when it comes to the ears, there is as much unknown as known. i felt that much of his frustration stemmed from how much he wants to help me even when treatment doesn't work. blessings to him and his staff for what they do, and also to readers of this review.
