List of Kyle C. Moylan's Reviews
I have been a patient of Dr. Moylan's for a year or two. I have to give him the highest rating, because of my experience with him and his office personnel. Dr. Moylan has always listened to all my questions and I have never felt he was too busy to give me answers. He cares very much for his patients and their health. I'm truly glad that Dr. Moylan was referred to me when I needed a new doctor. ...
Dr Moylan has been my mom's geriatric physician for several years. Besides having outstanding professional credentials, his care for my mom has been exceptional in every way. I recommend him every chance I get.
I had to change Primary Care doctors because I changed insurance. Dr. Moylan was highly recommended to me by two friends, and I am so glad he was. He took time to go over my paperwork and my previous information on my serious spinal Staph infection. I never felt rushed during this first appointment. I know I made a good choice. And his staff and front desk people are GREAT to work with also, which means a lot. Thank you, Dr. Moylan.
Dr. Moylan, MD has been my primary care physician for the past two or three years now. He is an excellent doctor. His staff is very friendly. I’m treated with respect, all my questions are answered, he takes his time he is not rushing me through. I highly recommend him!!
Knows his business and most important of all his patients. Best doc I've had to date. Answers all my questions and takes the time to address my concerns and makes sure I understand. He even laughs at my very good dad jokes.
Mixed Feelings
I felt he cared and took the time to answer any questions. Dr. Moylan gave a very accurate diagnosis proven by tests he ordered for me. He put me on medications that I should have been on sooner. I highly recommend him. I can not believe the earlier review that was written. He is anything but average.
Basically a do-nothing doctor. I worked harder than I have at anything in my life to get this doctor interested in my medical problems. While my medical issues were not text book cases, they were real, and debilitating. I simply could not get him to do much of anything. He did one test which did not reveal anything. After that, I could not convince him to help in any other way. He just told me to live my life as best as I could. That was the extent of his medical advice. Later after finding a more motivated doctor, I found out I had a rare form of thyroid cancer. I cannot recommend him for anything.
I picked Dr. Moylan as my primary care physician after interviewing several doctors over a 3 month period. My initial impression of him was that he was of average intelligence, and probably only an average doctor in technical terms, i.e., medical knowledge, attention to detail, ability to get the most out of medical technology. Two other concerns that I had was he did not seem to have a great deal of drive, and that one of his specialties is palliative care which is a euphemism for "giving up". This later thing concerned me the most. I chose him nonetheless because he seemed to have one thing that many doctors with great drive and technical ability seem to lack. He seemed genuinely caring and compassionate. I thought I could work better with a doctor who cared and compensate for his shortfalls by relying on specialists and myself for the technical ability and drive. He was not pompous, and seemed to listen well, and that counted for a lot with me. In the end, I was right on with my assessment of his intelligence, technical abilities, and medical knowledge. At best, he is average in these areas. Unfortunately, I was completely wrong about the other traits. His compassion was not real, and while he seemed to listen and understand, he clearly did not. To top it off, he proved to be extraordinarily lazy. In the end, what I saw as compassion and caring in my interview with him turned out to apathy and no real genuine care for people. In the end, I was just another patient to suck income from. I do not recommend this doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
