Never encountered such an incompetent staff. Dr. Johnson is amazing, he office workers are impossible to deal with AND STILL REQUIRE A MASK! Would not recommend even for someone I don’t like.

I love this office. The whole staff is wonderful. I only left because I moved out of state. Highly recommend.

Dr Johnson is great, friendly and smart. like most practices it is difficult to get in to see her as Dr's are so busy I have seen both Beth Weber and Marissa Tayler the practitioners at the office and both are fantastic. You never feel rushed. Two of my sisters recommended this office to me and now my son and husband go here we all like them. I have never had a bad experience with any of the office staff they are friendly and efficient.

I’m a provider myself and have been a patient if Dr. Johnson’s for years. Additionally, I have all confidence in both her and her PA Beth. If you’re looking for primary care you’re lucky to get to see them. Highly recommend.

The only thing good about this place is when you do see Dr. Johnson which is once a year if your lucky, she’s nice and seems to be great. You have to book a year in advance to see her though which is not right. We choose a good doctor to see them. Luckily the PA Beth is amazing too or I would have left a long time ago. Everything else, the staff, especially the receptionists are awful. They are rude, smart with patients, never smile and are just plain mean sometimes. This was the case before they were esse and I think it got worse since then. One receptionist actually got into an argument with me about how far the location was from my house!! Thank goodness I am now with Mercy and will go to a different place. Thanks Beth Weber for everything. You deserve to work somewhere else.

Dr. Johnson is great. She takes time to listen and is very understanding. The only downside is it's hard to get an appointment to see her. I usually see her nurse practitioner.
